Finish the ODefeat community project - I'll help accelerate the finish of the ODefeat project. Since this is an open community project, it won't be in early access here on patreon, it will just be freely available on LL when done. Patrons will still get new exclusive content next month, including OPubes and more
OProstitution - ORomance addon. Become a prostitute. Hang around street corners at night and wait for customers, then complete their (sometimes detailed) requests to earn gold and reputation
Sweat and juices - Characters will sweat during long scenes. Also, if the effect looks good, will include dripping from female characters
Sound overhaul - a complete rework of OSA's body smacking sounds with more and higher quality sounds. Does not include reworking voices or voicepacks, it's for body and contact sounds, and kissing sounds, and so on.
Needs integrations + OCum revisit - Improvements for OCum with new effects and settings + integrating needs mods like frostfall and such into OStim
OSpectators + masturbation - Crowds may form up when having public sex, with some spectators masturbating.  Solo scenes will be added to OStim to make this work

I was planning on adding some kind of approach-type mod this month but i'm still working on a vision for what that will look like, I should have it in the next poll
