Hi Patrons! 🧡

I need your help! I'm buying stock for the next shop update and want to use eco-friendly/biodegradable bags. Unfortunately, I spoke to a representative and they said the protective closure bags are currently out of stock so I only have these two options:

ECO Premium Flap Seal Bags - The adhesive strip appears on the flap of the bag.  This will allow for adjustment in bag length, simply fold the flap and excess to the back of the bag and seal.

ECO Premium No Flap Bags - There's no adhesive tape on the bag and no flap to seal it

I'd love to hear your opinion on what would be the best option for packaging! I've had a couple of customers who reported having the adhesive tape stuck to the prints when opening the bag so I'm wondering if I should go with the no flap option but other people like the option of keeping the prints in the slevees. What do you think is best? I'd love to hear your experiences when opening the prints!

Thank you so much for your help! 🧡

I actually had a print I bought from you damaged from the sticky flap like you said 😔 it was one of the moments of contemplation I think you call it with the photo texture and pulling it out it just barely stuck to the edge. I’ve bought prints from other people and I also use something similar in my own shop and haven’t had that problem. So it’s possible the brand you were using is just using too intense of an adhesive..? So if it’s from the same brand I actually think maybe not using the adhesive flap. I am glad to know I’m not the only one I was so sad 😅

Oh no! I'm so sorry Ashton!! D: I think the brand I was using was definitely sticky so I think I'm leaning towards no flap to avoid any more incidents! >< I think the extra tissue packaging I use will help with the extra protection! I definitely have a lot to think about! 🤔

I saw that some one suggested you use washi tape but it didn’t work so I thought maybe you can hole punch the top and tie with some string or twine. It might be extra work but it could look really cute I think!
