Can we talk about how overrated Control is? The map is simply awful, the level design is all 'samey,' making it easy to get confused, Enemies respawn way too frequently, and the main plot is pretty barren with no satisfying conclusion. Oh, did I mention there are so many documents to read that the Bible feels like a 'novella' in comparison? I enjoyed the game despite all these issues, but man, people are talking about Control as if it's Remedy's 'Magnum Opus.' No, it's not. Even before AW2 came out.

This is the perfect time to get something out into the open that’s been on my mind as I play through FF7 Remake! I’ve never played the series before but I played FF16 last year. I finished the game because the world building was so gripping I couldn’t put it down. I was drawn into playing FF7 Remake and here’s my hot take. Cloud, and SOLDIERs in general as far as I can tell, are pretty much poorly written versions of Geralt and the Witchers of Andrzej Sapkowski’s ‘The Witcher’ universe. I have yet to finish the game but this really just hit me as I’m nearing the end of the game. I’ve heard such good things about this game but I’ll be honest, I don’t get the appeal. The gameplay is fun but at this point I’m really just playing so my money isn’t wasted. FF16 showed me a world that was filled with powerful magic, unique bosses, intense battles and political intrigue. Are there any other games in the series that I can play to sate my appetite for this or was that game just lightning in a bottle? I really hope you pick my write in because I’d love to know what you think of all this! I love the new show and look forward to having it in my weekly rotation!

Good day warriors, I have a sort it out, but first, I've been loving the show so far. Actually upgraded my membership in Patreon because I'm loving what LSM is doing. With that being said, I'd like the gaming community commentators to sort it out regarding this SAG-AFTRA AI deal. All I have heard talked about is how horrible this is and how the top video game actors weren't consulted. I've even heard some say it was anti-democratic. Basically, they're floating away in tear rivers. This was a union making a deal. The union leadership is voted on by members. This is one of the downsides to union representation. I say to those always advocating for union representation to educate yourselves on some of the cons of unions, there are a few, and sort your feelings out. Suck it up buttercups.

I don’t know anyone that has picked up death stranding and finished it. I’ve played through it twice, and it genuinely is one of my top games of all time. Has this ever happened with any other games? I understand why it’s divisive, but I need someone in my life to talk about this game with, as it has maybe the coolest and weirdest story I’ve seen in a very long time. Are you all looking forward to the sequel? I was actually a little disappointed when we got OD instead of DS2 at the game awards

Hello Summon Sign crew, This question is for Ben as he is a Sea of Thieves expert. With talk about Sea of Thieves heading to PlayStation, isn't it convenient all this chatter began a month from the release date of Skull and Bones? Is Microsoft lowkey scared of the juggernaut that Ubisoft Singapore has been developing for 8+ years? I know Skull and Bones has been one of your most anticipated games ever and I'd love to hear your thoughts on how Skull and Bones could be the Sea of Thieves killer you always wanted. Will you miss your time with Sea of Thieves once you start becoming a full-time Skull and Bones content creator? Thanks and take care boys

Howdy Brad & Company, I hope much like the Sony Santa Monica documentary around 2018 God of War. This Grounded II documentary by Naughty Dog allows people to understand the vision and hardships everyone went through to create what I believe is a masterpiece. People beg for Sony to take risks and stop getting complacent. Naughty Dog took those risks and then was lambasted for it. Do you guys think they'll have to rethink how they tell the story in the inevitable TLoU3? If I were them I'd go all in again, stick to whatever creative vision they have. Thank you, Justin

Hey guys, here’s a Keep It Up that I think many may not see coming. I’m a big PS fan. I am one of those people who went from Xbox fanboi to PS4 and never looked back. Now I’m a 38 year old dad. I bought an Xbox for Starfield. I got gamepass ultimate so my kids can play games without having to buy them. I never expected this, but I fucking love my Xboxes. My PS5 has had an ongoing issue with IPV6 for months that makes any network features useless. It ruins the experience for me. I signed up for PS Plus 2nd tier and find it meh. Even before the current issue, I found its streaming just so-so. My Xbox is great. My kids love gamepass and I don’t have to spend 60 or 70 bucks on games they will forget about and never touch after a week. They always have something to play. The controller battery life is godly. I can stream from my home machine to my steamdeck, my phone, my iPad, and routinely do on long graveyard shifts, effortlessly and with great quality. Oh and no IPV6 issues. It has been a much greater value than my PS5 (I have a series X for me and an S for the kids). All they need to do is pull a Netflix and get their operating costs down (hello A and AA 1st party games) and they’ll be set. I predict that as Sony is going all in on what may be nickel and dimey live service games, that Xbox will come out swinging in a year or two and we will see another power balance shift like the PS3/360 era.

Hey guys! I'm going back to Control for DLC and side mission trophies to lead into playing Alan Wake 2. My question is about "fake upgrades". Does it bug you that bad guys essentially level up with the main character Jesse? (PS my real name is Paul Warren so it was creepy to find an audio recording of "Paul Warren, astralnaugt first class".)
