Game is called Rando-Kazooie. Dustin (or any host with a kazoo and kazoo skills) plays Nintendo game music on said kazoo and others guess the game or specific part/level of the game. Hilarity ensues.

Hey gang! While watching the Super Mario Wonder Direct I was super excited to see that Yoshi was playable as he's my boy and it's great he has a unique moveset with the flutter jump and tongue action. However I was disappointed to hear that he is basically the "easy mode"-not taking damage from enemies and only dying to falls. Kind of like the Funky Kong character in the Tropical Country Switch version. What do you guys think of Nintendo making the easy mode a character instead of a toggle in the options?

Hello Milf Lovers Anonymous, Gotta give my man Rayman some kudos with the latest DLC for Mario + Rabbids 2. His moveset adds a good deal to the combat, tons of nods to the series and his dynamic with the Rabbids is funny. Between Starfield and all the other releases coming out, giving this a shot? Have a great day and stay clear of those Elephants online.

Mostly for Micah, With Red Dead Redemption being your favorite game of all time, I need to know your thoughts on Red Dead Redemption 2. RDR2 is my favorite game of all time, but RDR1 is a close second. I simply must know the opinion on the sequel from a like-minded individual. Sate my curiosity, please! Keep bloodying those fists on them bricks.

Hey Box Punchers, Nintendo's Takashi Tezuka stated there was no deadlines for Super Mario Wonder in a Wired interview. Will this be a new industry trend or is having no deadlines only possible at a select few studios? Have a good one!

Hello Falcon Punchers, After Nintendo’s most recent direct, I am finding myself more excited for Super Mario Wonder than I have been for any other 2D Mario game since Super Mario World. I was reading an article about how the developers came up with around 2000 different ideas for wonder flower effects before narrowing them down to what made the cut in the final game. My question is this: If each of you were allowed to pitch ONE idea for a stage-altering wonder flower effect (that we have not already seen in trailers), what would your suggestion be? What bizarre mechanic would you try to sell in your hypothetical one-on-one meeting with Shigeru Miyamoto? Keep up the great work!

Hey guys, Great show love all the personalities and different takes from all of you. Is anyone planning on playing or may be excited for Disgaea 7? This has been an amazing handheld JRPG strategy I loved it on the Vita and now Switch. Thoughts?

Hey Punching Up, As somebody who’s mostly an outsider to the Nintendo community. Why is Mario seen as the most beloved and important Nintendo franchise? I’ve always felt that Zelda was the more impressive and influential IP on the platform Even going back several decades Especially now considering Zelda is selling far more Switches than Mario is selling for them Would love to hear input from everyone Appreciate the great content

Hello my friends, What are your thoughts on the new Mario edition of the Switch Oled? As much as I do not need another switch, I love that red. The little easter eggs on in are great too. I love and hate Nintendo for giving us these cool special edition systems. Hope everyone has a great Labor Day weekend,

Hey punchers, Based on everyone’s recommendations and the sale, I picked up Vampire Survivor and I’m loving it! My question is: since my Switch has only been my exclusive machine, what are some other lesser known or Indy gems that I have been missing out on? You all are the best and I’m super happy that LSM finally has a Nintendo podcast! Best wishes, Ken

Howdy Brick Fisters! With a year so jam packed with quality titles, most of which are triple-A, it warmed my cold little heart to see Sea of Stars selling so well despite releasing in-between Baldurs Gate and Starfield. I know Gene brought up Bomb Rush Cyberfunk last week, but I would love to see a dedicated segment where a potentially overlooked indie gets a shoutout on the show. Collin often laments how Perils of Baking performed, and I imagine its dicey out there for most studios. Would love to see more indie love out there! Much thanks for all the content, and keep those bricks well fisted!

Some more Switch 2 rumors have popped up but the one that caught my eye is that it will have a new camera feature. What do you think this could be? Will it just end up being a gimmick no one will use? How often did you use any cameras on previous gaming hardware?

Tim Jackson

Hello punching up crew! My wife has been getting more into visual novels novels lately. So I handed her my switch to look at what was on the eShop. One of her main complaints is that all of the stories are from the guys perspective. Does anybody know any good visual novels where you play as a female? This new podcast has gotten me to pick up my switch much more often so keep up the great work!

Hey Punchers, The Mario Wonder direct officially got my son and I excited for the game. It's the aesthetic and creative refresh 2d Mario needed in my opinion. What are your thoughts on the badges and the level of play customization they represent? I'm all for it. Combine badges with the online ghosts and I'm excited for the future of MarioSoulsBorne. :-) Keep punching. Clark Petri

Hey all, Thanks for all the enjoyable content! My girlfriend recently got into gaming via Switch and the titles that resonate most with her are Animal Crossing and Mario Rabbids. Anything that requires dexterity or real timing-based actions don’t really work. Knowing that, what are some suggestions ya’ll might have for a next game for her to try? The catch: They have to be “cute,” so XCOM is out. I think a JRPG or a Pokemon might be a good next step but don’t know where to start with those. Thanks again! MAk ❤️

Hey punchers Do you guys think starfield is coming to switch 2 because Microsoft said they'll be working with Nintendo, and if it does will you get it? Maybe it will come with a metro prime suit
