This week, we present to you a Constellation with only a trio of participants: Colin (but no Dagan, who's on vacation with his family), joined by The Washington Post's Gene Park and LSM coordinator and shopkeep Micah Watson. Gene brings a heavy topic to the show this week in the form of heartbreak. What's our history when it comes to the dramatic and traumatic ends-of-relationships? Meanwhile, Micah strives to balance the scale with something much more lighthearted: Ice cream. Which flavor is best, and in which form? What toppings speak to us? Who makes the best ice cream, period? Not surprisingly, there's much to say. Finally, Colin wants to confront an ever-present issue confounding people around the world: A striking lack of life-work balance. As he continues to seek it more in his everyday life, he asks how others find the middle-ground, and work to live instead of live to work.

Maybe it's because I've been watching/reading/listening to True Crime stuff since I was a kid but whenever I hear "body count" it makes me think of serial killers. Lol

Anthony Martinez

LSM, I think it is time for a politics podcast. Anyone here agree? With such a politically diverse group it would be one of the most interesting and refreshing political casts out there.

I randomly decided to use an old Graeter's ice cream gift card I had before listening to this. Forgot how good premium ice cream is. And Micah, if you're in the Midwest around Cincinnati and Pittsburgh, Graeter's offers dairy free ice cream too. I'd say my favorite hard ice cream flavor is mint cookies and cream, with Black Raspberry chocolate chip growing on me. Favorite soft serve flavor is smurf (Kings Island blue ice cream).

As someone who grew up in Maine, went to college in Rhode Island, and lived in Boston, I'm starting to wonder about western Massachusetts. Based on Micah's accent and terminology, I'm not sure it should be considered part of New England.

Micah, project management (adult babysitting) is the worst. Trying to get people to do their jobs an/or communicate well is highly frustrating. Stay golden pony….girl.
