Ahoy Everyone, Mama Micah here! I’m back for another mailbag and we’ve got some fun inquiries to ramble about. Today, we’ll dive into a variety of topics: how did I get into grilling/smoking? For smoking supplies like charcoal and wood, check out Walmart (they also have a not terrible selection of meats that are great for practicing with), Lowes, and Home Depot (I accidentally typed Bone Depot which made me laugh). It can be surprising how much variety they can have. For meats, don’t sleep on Costco and Sam’s Club. I’m not sure how your area is, but I’ve been to several states, California, Michigan, Iowa, West Virginia, and North Carolina and found some pretty decent consistency.

Thank you Micah for answering my question. I definitely see the things with my daughter that you're talking about when it comes to participating in sports, dance and other activities. She has no desire to try them out and I never knew it could be that being Jehovah Witness is the reason. The life lessons you learn from being on a team is important and helped me growing up so I don't want her to miss out on that.

Thank you! There’s much more I wanted to say but honestly, some of it would’ve been a bit too dark for the podcast. LOL I think the recent news about the JW child predators in PA is also quite enlightening. They will do anything to protect the abusers and silence the victims. That just cannot be what God would really want, they have lost me completely. -Micah
