It's simple: Rockstar's Red Dead Redemption 2 is the most fully-realized, dynamic, highly produced, and impressively written open world game ever developed. Even with its sometimes stiff and imprecise gameplay, RDR2 is an absolute feat, and a high water mark for video games. As I near the 40 hour mark, all I can say is I can't wait to spend 40 more.
