Mega Man 11: A Comprehensive Demo Breakdown (and Playthrough) -- CLS Let's Play

Mega Man 11 is right around the corner. It's the first new entry into the classic Blue Bomber franchise since Mega Man 10 launched in early 2010, and not only is it in 2.5D, but it adds a bunch of new gameplay perks, too. Capcom recently released a demo of Block Man's stage ripped straight out of Mega Man 11, and since I'm easily one of the Internet's biggest Mega Man Super Fans, I figured I'd do a brief (yet comprehensive) breakdown of the demo, and show you what you have to look forward to (or be apprehensive about) come October. I’d love for you to do a full play through once you’ve gotten the game figured out. I enjoy watching you play games and how informative your lets play style is... certainly miss watching you beat the shit out of Castlevania and games like that like you’d do back in the day. Colin great video. Your "complaints" are dually noted but I was wondering how you feel about the gear mechanic in terms of what combat options may open up in boss fights. Just from that one fight it seems that you can get fairly creative in how you dodge attacks and use that time mechanic smartly. Have you thought about that?

Of course I've thought about that. There's way too much going on in the game for it to be a numbered Mega Man, though.

This actually seems like the same demo I got to play at Comic Con this year. I enjoyed it, but I’ve never played the core games heavily. I played 1-4 on the legacy collection and not much else. One thing I do remember from the demo I played is that the slowdown helps a ton with those enemies that roll and have a small opening. Made dealing with them much simpler!
