Originally she was going to be pinned against a wall, but without the wall there are some bonuses.  No wall means her limbs are stretched out by the monster itself grabbing her, not pressure between the monster and a wall.  Also the abyssal darkness is one of my favorite hentai lightings.  I really like the girl up against a wall trope but I’ve done it before and I can do it again later.

It was very important in this picture for the girl to be smothered from head to crotch.  It was harder than it looks to think about how a worm, which usually has a round cross section, would interface with the girl’s profile.  It’s lips would wrap around her waist and so-on.  I tried to make a worm that was more ergonomic to sucking on the human body but it turned out much faster to fo with the round design and make it wrap its lips around her torso.
