She wanders to her tent in a zombie-like daze, unable to keep herself balanced.  Using her knowledge and muscle memory the worms enter her tent and open the cooler to find a chocolate bar.  They unwrap it and stretch her tight bellybutton open.  Their feelings of hunger conflict with her embarassment and horror as they slowly move the candy bar towards her wide-open navel, overcoming her resistance.
