A nurse is trapped in a secret laboratory.  Parasitic worms break free from their container and approach from all angles.  She yells for help from the heavy duty locked door.  They enter her from below and emerge from her mouth.  From the cold air they know to stop here.

The white sheen on the container and the door window almost didn’t make it into the final drawing.  I have an inspection phase where I basicaly finish a drawing, then I stand back and give myself time to ponder what else it could need.  The sheen makes her look even more trapped in the room like symbolic prison bars.

The heavy duty door and bright lights give an ironic sense of security.  She thought this was a safe room, but it has betrayed her in a way.  The environment became an enemy.  Environmental hazards can spice up an erotic situation.

Originally her outfit was going to be white but it would have blended in too much with the white sterile background.

And in case I have to explain this, the two lumps in the first panel are her shoulders.  I find shoulders to be oddly erotic, especially when they bend and twist around.  Her shoulders are in a frightened pose.
