Like many primitive newborn creatures, the eggs are very see-through.  They will darken and harden as they mature.

If you look closely the coloration in the womb is slightly milkier in the second panel.  That is the fluid regurgitated by the parasite which helped it deposit the eggs.  The white streaks indicate the flow of the liquid.  I ran a physics simulation in my head of where the eggs and fluid would go with fluid pressure.  They piled up at the bottom of the womb.

If you further notice, the parasite's "neck" throbs left and right,  playing havoc with her vagina.

I imagine the parasite roaring the moment it vomits the eggs inside her.
