I think for the creature I was inspired by the Giant Sea Louse.  Also called a giant isopod. It is a bug the size of a cat.

It crawls on the ocean floor.  I saw it on TV when I was a kid and I thought scientists discovered a dinosaur.  Turned out to be a common animal, but still fascinating.  I didn't know what it was exactly until many years later when the internet became more commonplace.  It left a big impression on me, which further adds to my theory that impactful childhood experiences often lead to fetishes in adult life.

As you can see I tried a darker color for the outer shell, but when you look at baby bugs they are often a single pale color.  This implies that this bug is a baby and probably grew in her womb.

If you look closely it has a needle sticking out of the bottom through her cervix.  This means if her bends in certain direction the needle with chafe the walls of her vagina, causing a slight scratching sensation (or irritation).  Just a little cherry on top of the stimulation-tree.

In the background you can also see its antennae.
