January Patreon Update (Patreon)

I talked a lot about the summary of 2017 in my new years post so lets keep moving forward and since I have ridiculous amount of goals set there's no time for whining on. Biggest news is that new year marks a new start for me too. I have decided to move away from SFM and push forward to Blender. This decision comes after much consideration and thought. SFM is a very weak and restricted tool which was amazing as a learning platform since it lacked all the extra options to get distracted with. As of right now I feel like I'm at about 10% of where I would like to be and that nice round number is the marking point for moving onto a new work-space.
Having said that, while I have many resources lined out and a tight timetable I feel like January is going to be a month filled with many lame renders. Although I hope that's not the case. Point is you're going to see a shift in the render engine. My aim with this is to gain access to more open tools so I can continue to push forward with my learning, improve quality and create more original works.
With new software comes new hardware. I have just assembled a parts list for a new workstation that I hope will carry me through this adventure and hopefully even allow me to push for a more full time position creating content lewd or not. I'll post some PC specs once is all here. Hopefully no more day long renders!
Stay awesome and don't work too hard! Keep an eye out for some fail blends soon!
P.S.: I have removed commission slot from the Diamond Yashie tier while I'm in the transition phase as I don't feel confident enough to accept those yet and since no one is currently a Diamond Yashie I'm making this change until further notice. Requests are always prioritised for their respective tiers and I'm always looking out for any extra requests that come from ALL Yaszies!
