The biggest problem with getting 2 strikes is that you can't upload, so even if you create a secondary channel, your normal subscribers who don't follow your other social media accounts will have no way of knowing where you are.

I created this video, uploaded it, and set it to Unlisted. While you have 2 strikes, you CAN set uploaded videos from Unlisted to Public which will publish them.

This allows you to make announcements to your subscribers even if you can't upload anything.

The above video is my announcement video in case I'm ever hit with 2 strikes again and lose my ability to upload.
