Meet Nell-e from Bay area, California, playing the wonderful song "Gayatri mantra" by Tina Malia.

Nell-e is a sensitive, talented yoga practitioner and sound healer. He started taking lessons with me recently to improve his guitar technique and learn how to use it in the context of his work.

Nell-E shares about himself:

"In 2022 I started my Yoga path in Peru and experienced my first Sound Bath and continued to be curious about the practice.

In April 2023, I started my work as a Sound Ceremonialist and Somatic Sound Practitioner.

I was inspired by the musicians that I've met in Guatemala including my guru and they've always held the guitar with them and played them freely and beautifully at ceremonies and even sound baths. Immediately I told myself I will learn once I get my own guitar. And so I did get a guitar and started learning.

Then I needed a mentor and a really amazing teacher,

so I found Shai after learning one song from him I told myself that he is the only person in the world as of the moment that could really guide me and teach me to play. His choice of songs are exactly what I'm looking for and his manner of instructions is such gentle and fun at the same."
