Mid-Month Updateroo (Patreon)

So... you see, I went to 20Books Vegas. It's an Indie writer's conference. I was so damn excited to be going. I've been wanting to attend for years. They moved it to the strip this year - bigger and better and all that Jazz.

Except - smoke. I did not expect that the main floors of the Casinos that you travel through in order to access anything and everything would be filled with cigarette smoke. Because smoking is permitted at any and all slot machines - and there are slot machines EVERYWHERE.

So basically, I ended up getting extremely lung sick (my lungs are kind of crap to start with) and it's going to take me a while to recover. I am slowly starting back in working on SAAU2, but I wanted to give you all a heads up that I'm not 100%.

We will start chapter postings for book 2 next week. I am so sorry about the delay.

The things we learn, eh? Never going to Vegas again haha.
