“How is it?” Yuki looked at the thousand or so disciples who were now standing in front of her. “Is this every one?”

“This is everyone. Not a single person wants to stay behind. They feel following you will bring them to new heights.” Haruhi felt a little depressed. The disciples of the ext had more faith in Yuki than they did her but she could also understand why. Yuki was an enigma. She had already done so much for the sect and now was going to bring the sec to the immortal realm.

“That’s good. The mountain is already prepared. I tried to make it an exact copy of this mountain so you can all move in right away.” Yuki spent the time she had trying to make the transition as smooth as possible. She did not wish to make them rebuild everything from scratch.

“Thank you.” Haruhi smiled. She really did like this Junior Sister of hers. It was too bad Yuki would not look her way.

Yuki flew up into the air and looked down at everyone. “From this moment on I will be sucking you all into my pocket dimension. I have to do this quick so you may feel a strong jerk as you are pulled in. Everything will be over in an instant.” Yuki had to be careful due to the presence of that being. She did not want it to harm Nana anymore than it already had.

Yuki took a deep breath and waved her hand. A large portal opened up under the members of her sect and as quickly as the portal opened it had closed. Yuki looked down at the empty space below her and let out a sigh of relief. It seemed she had done it quickly enough that everything went smoothly.

“Yuki, now what do you plan to do?” Rize asked as she appeared at Yuki’s side.

“I just need to break through. With you and the girls help I regained all my missing cultivation and am back at the peak of the nascent soul realm. I just need to break through to enter the immortal realm.” Yuki clenched her fists. She was about to step on to a new stage.

“Then let me get set up as well.” Rize reached out and poked Yuki’s forehead. A golden light shot into the spot between Yuki’s brow. “I left a beacon mark. Once you enter the immortal realm, I will come to you right away so just stay put. If anyone causes you any problems kill them.”

“I will.” Yuki stood on her tiptoes and gave Rize a kiss. “Go. I will be there soon.”

“Mm…” Rize nodded before taking a few steps back. Her cheeks were flushed. But the look on her face said it all. Her warm loving gaze as she looked at the fox girl in front of her told the story of a maiden in love.

Yuki watched as Rize tore a hole in space and stepped through it. She could have gone with her but she decided to do things the proper way. She would break the binds of this world on her own. It would allow her to grow much stronger later on.

“Now then.” Yuki looked over at the mountain peak before turning and flying away. If she was going to become an immortal there was only once place she wished to break through.

A day later Yuki landed in a burnt down village. She walked the familiar path that was not overgrown with foliage. Before coming to a broken fence and a house that had long become charcoal.

Yuki’s lips curled up into a small smile as she closed her eyes and pictured the scene from her memories. The place where she learned how to cultivate. The place where she was reborn and lived with her family.

“Father… You may not be around anymore but, your daughter is about to take our clan to the real immortal realm. Your little Yuki is now all grown up. I promise I will keep mother safe. And I will have my name spread across all the higher realms. My path is just beginning. So Father… Rest easy knowing that your little girl has grown up strong.” Yuki’s eyes welled up with tears but she held them back. She walked over to a charred tree and sat down.

“It’s time…”

After being engulfed in a golden light, Yuki found herself on a circular platform of some kind. She looked around and took a deep breath. She had finally reached the immortal realm. “So this is the immortal realm. The spiritual qi and demonic qi is thick here. I just have to sit here and wait for Rize to arrive I guess.”

Yuki walked over and sat on the edge of the platform as she looked down the rocky dirt road in front of her. The platform was surrounded by tall trees that reached high into the sky with a single dirt road leading to it.

“Oh? Now this is an interesting one. To think a little fox would appear here. We can get a good price for her.”

“Let’s have some fun with her first. She looks fresh.”

Yuki furrowed her brow as a few men in black robes walked out from the tree line, walking over to her. The looks they gave her made her feel like she needed to skin them alive. A small smile formed on her lips as she thought about how they will sound when she skins them alive and rubs salt all over their exposed muscles and bones. A blood red aura began to flow out of her as she let out a giggle and bit the tip of her finger. “Hehe… let’s play shall we?”
