Julie A

So excited!!!! Thank you!!!!

JL Green

If there was ever a movie tailor-made for Asia and BJ, this is it!!!

ted

Are you guys just starting the mcu? How exciting!!!

Michael Saylor

Olay now you guys started something. Can't just start with one now you gotta do all the marvel movies lol

Carl 🐉

Finally! 😁👍🏻

Michael Saylor

Yeah but that's no fun lol I'm not talking about all of them up until now. Maybe all of them until avengers endgame

Brandon Tracy-Hurst

This is potentially the start of a long but beautiful journey. More die hard fans to join the Patreon though 👍

Andi Szilagyi

Uh oh... down the Marvel rabbit hole. I'll jump in with you!

Melissa

Hell yes! I’m excited for this one!

Andi Szilagyi

BJ- there ain't no such thing as a comic book phase. You read them, you know the characters. I worked for a comic store for over a decade. Being a girl in that environment was weird (back then girls didn't read comics.) I still read them! Though I read mostly DC comics (Bat Family largely, but I enjoy some others), the DC movies are bad af. Except some of the Batman ones. The ones you both watched here. All the Marvel movies did a good job representing the characters (some better than others, for sure). You'll start to remember the characters and their stories quickly.

LynnC

Marvel. Enjoy the ride!

Rockstar

There are people who have phases, yes. You, or even the majority doesn't define everyone. I had a phase, it was fun, but I'm not an avid reader anymore. Please don't talk for me or other individuals. Thank you. And he literally said he had a phase where he were INTERESTED. Why you trying to bend reality mate? Just listen to the man. I swear some of you are so bizarre and narrowminded it's hard to grasp.

JL Green

BTW The cameo at the gala was not Hugh Hefner, but one of multiple cameos by Marvel's legendary Stan Lee.

Anonymous

Hell yes!!! Thanks Asia and BJ! I will watch this tonight when I get home!

Justin Cross

AHHHHHH SHIII!!!... We are going on the Marvel trail!!! Yeahhh buddy!... I would watch in chronological release date order, don't forget to watch the end credit scenes at the end of each and every Marvel film, some are after the full credits, some are after the starting credits.

Cole hauser

I’ll never stop saying Robert Downey Jr. was undoubtably born to play Iron Man. Just like Hugh Jackman was born to play wolverine.

Rio Mendoza

Hey look at that I finish my yard work and am surprised with a new upload. Is there anything better than seeing a new upload. Thank you guys I knew this would be coming soon. Nobody does this better than you two. Brilliant.

Chris Mcbrayer

It currently has nothing to do with the Mcu, but you guys should watch Blade!

Anonymous

I appreciate a MCU surprise anytime :)

LynnC

BJ said DRACARYS! 😂 that was funny

Anonymous

Yessssssss!!!

Allseeing_I

you guys have to watch ALL the marvel movies. ESPECIALLY the avengers. they are all fun. guardians, thor, captain america...

(Theatrical Release Order)

Justin Cross

That man Yinsin from the cave didn't know it yet.. and first time viewers didn't know it yet either, but Yinsin saved WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY more than just Tony Stark! RIP to a legend!

Anonymous

You have to watch the after credit scene thats on every movie. They introduce all the new players that way very subtlety and new villains. And some humor…

2023-07-19 22:50:52 Oh wow thats it lol. That's not a crazy amount haha. I'm happy with any films we get. I don't want to get stuck in the super hero genre though. If I know them they will do this in the right way and totally go one way or the other. So many people would be happy to go into nothing but marvel and so many people would be sad. I trust they will make the best choice for everyone whatever that is.

Mindbomb

So rdy for this! Its all connected.

Justin Cross

Don't forget the end credit scenes in these Marvel films!... You guys missed this one at the end of Iron Man's credits.

Andi Szilagyi

What, you don't want to sit through hours of back stories and story building in order to get to two almost three hour long movies full of crazy, hard to follow action?!

Allseeing_I

YES! you have to skip to the end of the credits! all the marvel movies have something at the end!!

Davey

If you guys are going to watch more Marvel movies, it's best to watch them in the order they were released as the stories in each of them are all interlinked

Anonymous

This was so fun! Glad you watched it. I am a massive Marvel fan. Quick tip: you have to watch the movies in order of release, otherwise you'll be lost. And yes, the end credit scene (or two) are important.

TinCan Cosmanaut

I believe Asia hasn’t watched this but it’s hard to believe BJ hasn’t seen a couple marvel movies

Christopher Dietz

Loved it, Glad you watched it, defiantly watch the others. And I'm with the others saying watch the whole credits. Most if not all Marvel movies have something there that is funny and or informative. 🍿

Darth Brooks

As excited as I am to see this reaction, I hope y'all don't fall down the rabbit hole of solely marvel content. I been collecting since the 80s but not all the movies are great imo. Just a thought, anywho ✌❤ fam hope everyone's week is going well. Happy humpday!

Cody Jado

The start to something incredible

Code Monkey

"That's why I said second cousins..." 😆😂🤣

Kimo Tune

I thought Signs won the poll?!!

Eddy

Just FYI, every marvel movie has end credit scenes. Sometimes 2 of them. Now that you've started the Marvel series with Ironman it would be cool if you watched the whole series.

Tara

LET’S GO!! So happy to watch this with you guys and I really hope you decide to watch all the Marvel movies. I am here for it. 😆 BJ, that wasn’t Hugh Hefner, it was Stan Lee, one of the creators of Iron Man. He made a cameo in all the Marvel movies until he passed away.

Hyperion

What a nice surprise after a hard day at work! :D Thank you! Nice to know what comics you were into when younger BJ! You have good taste in heroes & villains. ;) By the way, the guy that Tony walk by and we think is Hugh Hefner, but it's in fact Stan Lee, the creator of most of Marvel's Superheroes. You will see him appear in every Marvel movies, until his death in 2018.

Tara

Asia, at the beginning of the movie when they said Tony’s dad died, they showed a newspaper clipping that Tony’s parents were killed in a car accident. I know a lot of people are talking about the scenes at the end of the credits, they are helpful because they typically give you a clue about the next movie that was going to be released.

Michael Lynch

Asia, when Pepper asked him about his Social Security number and he said five. Then he said to pepper you know the other eight. Then Asia you said social security numbers aren’t eight letters. Just FYI he said the first number which was five and then he said you know the other eight. So he did say there were nine numbers.

Marc Cephas

Aye BJ no Batman slander allowed 😂😂😂

Melissa

I feel like BJ was hanging on for one and then it didn’t show when he expected it?

Anonymous

No relation Asia quit playing lol🤪

thank u next

Yall did it!! LETS GOOO! Next top: The Incredible Hulk (if you're going in order of release) 👏 Then Iron Man 2

Anonymous

Anyone else ever notice that the Arc Reactor really tied the factory together.......... uh...man?

M Palmiere

Obadiah is The Dude man.

Sivan

Jeff Bridges played The Dude in The Big Lebowski!

Julie A

Different poll. The one with Iron Man was prior to the one with Signs.

TinCan Cosmanaut

I am not trying to hear all this sour batman talk. lol, cmon now.

Anonymous

Thank you for reaction to Iron Man and Marvel. I don't know if this is the only one or if you are considering another Marvel movie. Either way, I hope you enjoyed this film. If you decide to continue, please let me know. I can assist with suggestions of the next film or if you have any questions on this film. One last thing, which you may not know. Marvel films are notorious for having a scene during the credits (mid credit scene) and at the end of the credits (post credit scene) There is a post credit scene at the end of Iron Man. Thank you again for considering a Marvel film. 🤗

Jerry

Hey BJ - if you were looking for the hidden scene its all the way at the end of the credits : )

Robert

If you liked 1 I think you'll like 2. ... obadiah was jeff bridges who was the Lewbowski from Big Lebowski, lol. I think you guys did that one.

oscar cisneros

FYI all marvel movies have ending commentary about future events. Hint hints Nick Fury.

Chris Marrero

Ok, first off, HUGE thanks for finally diving into the Marvel movies (the MCU). And as stated above Marvel movies will typically have a mid credits scene (which this one didn't) and an end credits scene (ALL the way at the end). They usually help tie them into one another so you probably want to go back and watch the one from this one. Also, before you jump right into the next Iron Man movie, You will want to watch the next few movies below in order, or else you are gonna miss a lot and be a little confused on what is going on in spots. Iron Man (May 2, 2008) The Incredible Hulk (June 13, 2008) (one with Edward Norton, who was replaced after this movie) Iron Man 2 (May 7, 2010) Thor (May 6, 2011) Captain America: The First Avenger (July 22, 2011) Marvel’s Avengers (May 4, 2012) Then after those I can fill you in on the watch order for the next phase of Marvel movies.

All See’er

Once you do Iron Man you’re obligated to go ahead and do every Marvel movie connected to it

Anonymous

We ever getting Goblet of Fire

William Abbott

Blood Diamond or Harry Potter next please

Michael Paddon

Tony Stark the man with an ego that will never allow a secret identity. Robert Downey Jr. was great in the role. Welcome to the Marvel movie series. Great set of films, wonder how many you'll do. Hopefully all, as they are great.

Anonymous

Can’t we all just trust THESE TWO of all two to get simultaneous content out???????? Thanks for starting the MCU journey! Looking forward to it along with all the other content you guys keep dropping for us!

Michele G

If they do…hopefully they spread them out over a long period of time. I don’t think I can stomach a super hero binge fest 🤦🏼‍♀️ ☹️

JL Green

If no one mentioned it yet 99.09% of all Marvel movies have an after credit scene that is related to another upcoming Marvel movie which started with Iron Man, so go back to see the end credit.

Anonymous

I've seen this movie many times. I thoroughly enjoyed watching it again with you. Thanks!

Anonymous

You should check into Jeff Bridges movies, you watched one...he was The Dude in Big Lebowski.

Ron Shimon

OMG. Again like Game of Thrones,I’m so happy you’re going to start the MCU. There’s quite a few movies to watch before Avengers:EndGame. But it’s another great ride. Note:Watch the after credit scenes. They set up the next movie and story. I hope you enjoy

Josh

U guys gotta check out the post credit scenes. Most of the Marvel movies have a scene that sets u up for the next film at end of the criedts

Anonymous

Oh boy! Get ready for a wild ride... Can't wait until you get to phase 3. Happy viewing! I'll be right there with you 😁

Dodger Blue 311

Asia and BJ, I told you a couple different times on YouTube that as soon as you started the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe), I'd join your Patreon. Well, here I am! Now that you've started with the very first movie in the MCU, it's important that you watch the rest of them in theatrical release order. A couple other people on here already wrote down part of that list. I'd be more than happy to assist you guys in which movies to watch and in what order because it can be a daunting and overwhelming task when looking at ALL the stuff that Marvel has released. Up next is The Incredible Hulk (2008), then Iron Man 2 (2010), then Thor (2011), and so on and so forth. And one other important thing that many people have already said on here. Every MCU movie has an end credit or two (or three!). So please go back and watch the very end of Iron Man. There's always going to be a teaser, or easter egg, or a fun little scene. It's worth it! I'm looking forward to watching your MCU journey!

Josh

Lot say Tony Stark has no super powers, when he's got super intelligence... some might say that's the best power

MisssingSmile Re

I am the biggest Marvel fan. And even bigger Anthony stark fan. ♥️♥️. I’m excited

Anonymous

You 2 are my favorite reactors. Would be crazy if you DIDNT do the MCU. Im so excited lol Enjoy the Journey!!

Carl 🐉

So before you go any further, I’m going to give you a list of all of the marvel movies in order so that you don’t get confused. I also deleted a couple of them that weren’t all that great, or are not important to the storyline. Captain America: The First Avenger Iron Man Iron Man 2 The Avengers Iron Man 3 Captain America: The Winter Soldier Guardians of the Galaxy Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Avengers: Age of Ultron Ant-Man Captain America: Civil War Spider-Man: Homecoming Ant-Man and the Wasp Avengers: Infinity War Avengers: Endgame Spider-Man: Far From Home Spider-Man: No Way Home Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 Hope this helps … also, you have to stay until the end of the credits for a sneak peek video.

Carl 🐉

You will find out what happened to Howard Stark later

Antonio

I think y’all should check iron man 2 and the Incredible Hulk (2008)

Mr Jackpots

This is my favorite Iron Man movie, but that's probably because I like origin stories. Robert Downey Jr makes the Iron Man series a cut above the other Marvel Universe movies.

Michael King

That’s kind of a hot take. 2 and 3 are middling, they are just worth it for the ongoing story. Captain America is far superior as a trilogy. RDJ’s best contribution is the MCU as a whole. It is true that his portrayal as the Character of Tony Stark is one of the top in the MCU, but again most of the other sequels and trilogy’s are better than the iron Man’s but that’s probably also to do with them being made while the studio was in its infancy.

Dan Gershgol

I love this movie. Blends X men and batman in one. Love the reveal at the end. Part 2 is better in my opinion.

Martin Nicholls

Yeah IMO the solo Iron Man movies get progressively worse (not like horrifically, they're all still perfectly decent, watchable movies). I do agree the first is the best - it's actually the ensemble movies where the character really shines, where he can play off peers.

Rowan

Ahhhh, Robert Downey Jr. I've had a thing for him practically my whole life. I would like to recommend a couple of older movies with him. My favourite, by far, Less Than Zero. It is admittedly dated 80's heavily but the story is so good, so painful. This was one of his first big studio movies. Before that he was in a couple of his father's movies when he was just a wee kid. Chaplin is also amazing. There are other movies that he's not the "star" that are still kick ass but those I mentioned are the ones that imho really showcase his acting chops.

Thomas Brower

You have to watch past the credits. Every marvel movie has more after credits are over. Go back and watch after credits on this movie

Wolf

https://editorial.rottentomatoes.com/guide/marvel-movies-in-order/ Here is a link to the order of the marvel movies in release date as well as how i like to watch.... Chronological order. Meaning the movies/series in the marvel universe timeline. Like Captain America was released in 2011 Captain America in 2008 HOWEVER in the marvel timeline Captain America was first.
