Such a great hilarious movie that I hadn’t seen in years. So much fun! Gene Hackman played the Senator. Nathan Lane played Albert and yes, he is Timon from the original Lion King. He has been in other movies playing straight men and he is also a well known theater actor

Really shocked Asia didn't know who John Wayne was. But this was a great and fun reaction to watch from you both. BJ when he saw Gene Hackman come out in drag at the end though.....that expression was priceless!

I love this movie, and I loved watching it with you! Watch almost any of John Wayne's westerns to see his way of speaking and walking. A man larger than life, beloved by many. One of my favorites is Rio Bravo. He won the Best Actor Oscar for playing Rooster Cogburn in the movie True Grit (1969).

FINALLY have a chance to watch... hopefully, barring me passing out. I will say this is the first time I've watched a Robin Williams since his death. He was a huge loss and I know I'm still not over it. I am dying to see you two though so I think this may be OK. This movie is everything. Oh! Fun fact, unsure if anyone mentioned it but Harrison Ford's wife, Calista Flockhart, plays the son's fiancé. You got to give it to Indiana Jones, that's a 22 year age gap!!!

Oh I just remembered. Hank Azaria that plays the house boy (to a perfection) is an amazing actor & does many voices on the Simpsons (I don't watch, but I've known that about him). But to see the difference in his acting capabilities. Check out a 1 min clip on YouTube from Ray Donovan (freaking amazing show btw). Called "what's her name". Complete 180 in his acting capabilities

Oh man, I love this movie! They are who they are, and no changing who God made you. A bit over the top with everyone, makes it amazing! That damn senator though, a typical ignorant politician. LOVE the reaction and commentary!!! Love watchin' y'all.

This movie was so hilarious, Gene Hackman as the senator was perfect casting and Nathan Lane who was in the Lion King, Dianne Weist who has been in so many movies was amazing.Hank Azaria as Agador so funny and of course Dear Robin, as always wonderful. I love this movie and saw with a close girlfriend who sadly has just passed away and this movie will continue to keep her memory close to my heart as when we saw it we were helpless with laughter 😂 Thanks you two!
