There is nothing harmfull, just windows being protective, Nothing will be installed on your Computer, and you can delete everything by going under Appdata/Local, there are sometimes savegames when i am using saves...

i am working on it all the time now, this will be my next release but hard to say how much time i need. It sould be days not weeks for a very rough estimate.

I can understand that you would like to have the game. Since the Furrier is already working on the projects, it won't take that long. And you have to keep in mind that every animation that he creates takes time. Its comming! 0.9 has complete new code many new animations and features + is technically a whole new game, i am just finishing up the Harem Framework (how characters function, how events playing and how everything generally works) when i am happy with it, i really want to go to weekly releases for harem. Making content for it is not the complicated part, making the Framework so that it works and more important that i understand everything what happens is what takes like 80% of the time. may i ask you, which is your favorite pony? :3
