How long do I have to hold this pose? My butt is getting numb 😥

I didn't get to take a life drawing class when I was in college, but a lot of my friends did. Tons of nude body references with paid models. They were encouraged to pose themselves easily and not get to complex cause they'd hold it for a long time. There would be breaks every few minutes but legs and butts going numb would always get a giggle out of the class.
