Here's a status update on multiple fronts:

-We are cleaning up the last remnants of issues with month 1 Presups and file checks.  The final version of that will be announced here early next week.
-We managed to improve a fair bit on delivery for month 2, the larger pieces like Violet, Abrisha, and Takeshi being supported by Atlas.  The rest of the pre-sups were done with learning based on those three.
-We now have a three people internal QA team and 3 printers working for us on more tests to give you all better service.
-We have migrated our pre-sup systems fully to Lychee, it helps us detect islands, issues, and it speeds up things a lot.
-We are working on our marketing to grow to 200 and unlock this mech, with at least two poses for the pilot (Jane).  If you want to help, you can share the image above and tell your friends about us.
-We are also making good progress on month 3 and will try to deliver one or two days earlier than the 20th to move closer to be earlier in the month with deliveries.
-We still have our survey to finish processing and posting so that we can find more ways of giving you a better service.
-We will also work on simplifying our delivery and access systems.  We hear you and will improve this process for month 3.
-MyMiniFactory content is being prepared too.

Thank you so much for your patience and support with our first month and our early stages, we really appreciate you and we want to give you better content and better service.  Last we wish you an awesome weekend!

Alright. Now that I've downloaded the files, I must give credit where credit is due. Your files are freaking excellent! They are well organized, identified, and consolidated. If I have a problem with one file I can easily find it and re-download it and that's a huge time saver for me. However, Google drive is incredibly slow and very often fails to download larger files. It took me several hours to download all the files. After all this frustration I felt yesterday when I was trying to find and download the files only to be met with more waiting for that permission, I must highly recommend you change that aspect of your subscription. Convenience and accessibility are a huge factor in the overall satisfaction of any service or product. Forcing subscribers to request permission for the files they have paid for is demeaning. I'm sure you have reasons for it but you must consider how much this... well, is despised by many subscribers like me. Plus it vastly slows down the files accessibility and for me, with over 36 other Patreons to download from monthly, it becomes a huge deterrent. Now, having said this I still feel the need to apologize to you for being so "Pissed Off" with your lack of accessibility. I'm sorry. I hope you change your process and I expect to be one of your longest subscribers. I don't sugar coat it and I'm honest in all I do. I pray and hope for the greatest success of Ronin Arts Workshop GmbH. Also, my youngest son's name is Ronin. Thank you.

Thank you for your patience and feedback. We take this seriously and we do aim to improve. We went with Google thinking they'd be reliable being so large and ubiquitous and we're disappointed too. We will find better solutions for month 3 and will keep improving.
