This is probably happening because of slides

Sometimes the game cannot recognize the slides and leaves the cc in the default form.

If you want, I can fit them for you in blender.

You can try using the UV Editor, there using L or pressing C and painting the parts of the shoes, painting is easier as you will be selecting all the vertices.
