Glad you had fun in vegas and didnt get into too much trouble in the city of sin!! Thanks for all you do! Excited to see how the rest of this season unfolds. Hopeful we can get it together with all of our personnel at the right time. When you were talking about the changing of the guard that is def on the horizon in terms of the faces of the NBA, it made me think of this video I saw recently, check it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xguam0TKMw8 (sheds light on what is happening in the world right now) These patterns and cycles happen in all facets of life and the NBA is no exception.

Quality goods, yet again. Always appreciate the sociological/psychological lens alongside the technical breakdowns. Gratitude onya, Alch.

I honestly think we expect too much out of Klay, and he expects too much of himself in turn. He's not even a 20 PPG guy, like Wiggs is. He was the best two way player in the NBA, and I think he's just gotta shift his mentality to grounded defense and solid plays. I don't doubt that Dray's gonna tell him something like this. His defense leads to good 3 balls leads to wins.

Well said.. you make a good point about the defensive side. Perhaps he feels more pressure to score because he knows that elite defense isn’t coming back.

I love this format Alch. Thx!

I wonder if we can declare Chef out of his slump now. He's been scoring 30+ last few games and he seems to be in a better place mentally, not moping and even doing some shimmy.

Went to Wiseman’s Debut && he looks the exact same as last year lol. His body has definitely improved and it showed offensively but defensively he seems he’ll always lack that timing and feel that you just can’t teach. He’s definitely a presence inside that the warriors would need regardless but the warriors would be best keeping him at the rim as he got torched by quin cook on pick and rolls all night (Btw why do we not have QC on a 2 way instead of the Cheez he was getting torched too) Wise is quick enough to get out on the pnr but his timing on dropping sucks and he struggles recognizing when the guard is dropping off or pulling up. Hopefully he’ll improve with time as this was his first real game in like a year but I wouldn’t have the highest hopes sadly

Hey Alch. It seems like the latest scouting report on Kuminga is that he leaves the ball vulnerable on his gather during drives to the basket -- though on mostly straight hard drives. I've seen it too many times to count - over and over. Like a dozen times in the last month. But the camera angle is from behind, and so I can't tell exactly what it is he's doing wrong to get the ball knocked out of his hands so many times. Do you have a take? And why do you think the coaches haven't made the adjustment? I mean, it seems that damn near anyone that guards him has a chance of ripping the ball. And they all do the same thing to cause it.

Defensive timings etc only come with in game time, but i just hope he has better fundamentals now after training with Jokic’s mentor.

Great pod alch, with the playoffs just around the corner who do you think is the team we matchup best against in the 1st round and who the worst. With the way we were playing, I was thinking we were tanking to play Denver and avoid Lakers or clippers with Kawhi and Paul George coming back. Glad to see us string a couple of wins together though, want to see how draymond looks when he comes back.
