What’s your take on Fitz commenting on Rivers and him clapping back?

Anonymous

No question Alch, just wanted to say how much I appreciate your breakdowns. You made made understand basketball on a whole different level. Cheers and happy new year!

TJ Levey

Hey alc! Would love to know what your plans are for the Hezi in 2022!

Anonymous

Do one of your Netflix documentary bios on yourself!

Yehudah Raphaelsohn

Don't even worry about it, Alch. Hope you get/stay healthy and enjoy some time with the family this time of year! Keep up the great work <3

Anonymous

Appreciate you brother

Anonymous

No questions. Just happy new years Alc and everyone else on here (December 31 here in NZ). All the best for 2022. Let's go Warriorrrrsss!

Anonymous

Who would you least like to see the Warriors play in the first and second rounds? And who would be the favourable matchups?

Anonymous

How do you feel about Kyrie being able to play only away games? Let’s say KD/Steph finals happens…San Fran is a “Booster mandate” come Feb to enter Chase Arena soo he wouldn’t be able to play those games

Anonymous

Glad to hear fam is recovering. Me and mine just got hit with it. Wouldn't wish it on anyone. Anyway, not looking ahead too much, but assuming the core young guys stick around, what kind of team do you think the post-Splash Warriors will be? Does it feel like we have enough to re-tool, or is a rebuild more likely?

Anonymous

As happy as I am getting Klay back soon, I'm not too sure about Wiseman. He showed some nice things last season, but there's still a lot to learn and improve on. What do you expect his role to be for the rest of this season? And as always, appreciate your takes my man! Love from the Netherlands!

Award and full playoff and chip prediction. Fav player of all time, player that you liked the most growing up. Player you like the most now. Create your own awards: best Hezi, clutch gene, in game dunk contest, etc… What’s the most underrated aspect of a successful franchise, roster, player development? What’s the most important? The power of mentors vs growing up in the league in a bad vibe/culture/leadership How do the warriors integrate Klay and JWise? What’s your advice to people trying escape the 9-5 rat race? What are your intentions/goals for 2022?

Anonymous

Appreciate you man! Warriors need to slide through with them funds for you 😂 Question: what do you think the league would of looked like if kawhi had joined the lakers? Would they have been as dominant as we were in 15-19 ? Much love man!

Anonymous

How do you feel about our end-of-the-quarter offense? Feel like we rinse and repeat the same cut-off Steph, errant pass to role player, bad shot or turnover most times. What's do you think is the solution/is there one?

Anonymous

Hey uncle Alc, appreciate all the effort and wish you a happy new year. What’s your view on (half of) Kyrie for the Nets? Is trading him off the table now?

Anonymous

2 Qs, Alch: First, who are your all-time top 5 players? Second, how do you think LaMelo would fit on the Warriors, had we drafted him? Hope you and yours are feeling better!

Anonymous

All the support from Spain!! So in love with your content and havent missed a single hezi. Stay safe and blessings for the new year!

Anonymous

Are you gonna watch the HBO series on the lakers? If so what are you looking forward to the most about it?

Anonymous

When klay comes back, what rotations/lineups would you use for the Poole Party? much love!

Anonymous

I appreciate the content alch! Truly top tier. My question is: if the celtics decide to blow it up, how much would you give up for jaylen brown?

Anonymous

Hey Alc, been following you since 2017. I don’t comment much but been enjoying every single one of your breakdowns, thank you for that ! Much love for you and your family all the way from Belgium. Happy 2022

Anonymous

What can we realistically expect from James Wiseman? Do you believe he has the chance to be an all star caliber role player or just a real good role player down the road for the Warriors? (Or possible trade piece) Blessings to you and yours Alc

Anonymous

Hope all is well with your family alc love the breakdowns so much you are the goat, in reality idk I kinda feel bad for moody something in my gut tells me he won’t be on this team for his whole career. Also I love how the dubs are playing and I’m scared that if they don’t win this year their championship hopes of ever winning are done maybe I’m foolish in saying that

Anonymous

Keep it 100. You think Klay having setbacks? It seem like it to me. Happy new year to you and the fam! Stay blessed.

Elvis

Yo Alc! Blessings to you and your family. Simple couple of questions that i would like to hear your thoughts on : what are you expectations on Klay this season when he returns? I feel like people are putting a lot of pressure on his shoulders to come back and contribute right away. If we go to the finals we have just really 2 teams to expect : the Nets or the Bucks (in my opinion) . which matchup out of those two teams is more dangerous for us and why?

Anonymous

IF ALL HEALTHY, WARRIORS VS NETS ON FINALS, do warriors have a chance beating the 3 headed monster in KD Harden and Kyrie?.

Anonymous

Alc, thanks for another great year. Whats your intuition on whether the complete Nets can be beat?

Abhi Kelkar

Realistically, if we don't win the chip this year, but Klay looks like 90% of himself on offense and 70% of himself on defense, do you think we have a good shot next year? If I recall correctly, we have Wiggs and JP for 1 more year before their contracts are up and JW/JK/Moody may be a little more experienced in the system and have another off-season to acclimate to the franchise. If you ask me, as long as Steph is healthy, we may have a better team next year but it looks like the league is more up-for-grabs this year with Kyrie not playing home games, the Bucs maybe not being as hungry, and the Lakers in no-where land

Anonymous

Happy New Year Alch! This question I’ve asked a lot of warriors fans and have gotten mixed answers. If both Klay and Draymond were in the same draft and you can only pick one, who would you pair with Steph knowing what we know about them now?

Mayansh Upadhyaya

Happy New Yeae Alc! In 10 years time what kind of imprint do you think this year will have on LeBron’s legacy? Will it be a stain or a earmark? His team is performing like garbage but he’s playing his heart out however he is also responsible for the construction of the team so is really still to blame. This is a season unlike any of his previous 18 so what do you think it’s impact on his legacy will be?

Anonymous

Put yourselves in Kuminga's or Wiseman's or Moody's shoes. Do you buy all the talk about how Golden State is a great place for a young player to learn to win and learn from hall of famers or are you hoping for a trade so you can get more minutes on a rebuilding team?

Anonymous

Did you see/hear the Draymond green show? If yes, what do think about it. Don't you think Wigs can turn out to be like the Claw? Quiet, doesn't like to talk much, but feared by most of the League. Which one of the NBA podcast guys would you like to do a collaboration video with? Or which player would you like to have as a guest? How do we solve playing against phoenix size? So you think Wiseman will be ready and enough? Ok... maybe too many questions..... Anyway, I appreciate your work and content. Always glad when you drop something on Patreon or Hezi!!

Anonymous

How do you like the new rule changes so far? and what should be the next big rule change? I personally think the clear path should be called more tightly, here in Europe its an automatic flagrant 1 if you stop a fastbreak, doesn't matter if there is a defender in front or if it's still in the backcourt. Appriciate the content.

With our sustained success and establishment of ourselves in the top end of the current NBA hierarchy this season when (if at all) do we stop “chasing wins” and start prepping for a deep playoff run? Along those lines another question is how important do you think another MVP for Curry is as opposed to more load management and playoff prep for the Chef?

Anonymous

With Bjelica starting to shy away from shooting the 3, that becomes a long line of 3-point specialists who have hesitated to shoot the ball on our squad (Jerebko, Casspi, JTA, Dray ). Is there a reason for this and how would you try and fix it?

Anonymous

Speak on the crazy trade rumor of Wiseman, Kuminga, and Moody plus 3-5 firsts for Lebron.

Anonymous

Stay healthy brother Alchemy. Love your work. Peace

Anonymous

no questions. really appreciate you and this channel alc. hope your family stays safe! happy new year

Anonymous

Thanks for the great content all year alch. Cheers for a warriors championship next year. Btw, I think injuries will play a part on who wins, the nets and bucks will beat up on each other. The only team that will challenge us is the suns in the west.

Anonymous

Speak on Dray's calling out the league on the flip flopping of covid rules and postpoing games. https://imgur.com/CkWULw6

Siddhant S

Does Kuminga have enough time left in the year to become a real difference maker come playoffs? In my opinion, some of his defensive mistakes and offensive shortcomings like FT shooting can take some time to fix. Feel better and thanks for your content all year my guy!

Anonymous

Aye my man! Love your content I’m gonna frame my question with a thought. I love watching this reiteration of the Warriors. It makes me think of those 2014 Spurs teams, or a 96 Bulls teams. Teams that recalibrated with the same dudes, same formula, but a slightly different NBA ecosystem. Looking at it from a historic perspective, I take pride that bc of the Warriors, CP3’s Clippers, Hardens Rockets, and Westbrooks Thunder all were choked out. That’ll play a huge significance in Curry’s legacy that those three promptly reacted by bouncing around the league. Question is: Which of those teams closed championship window satisfied you most as a Warriors fan?? And which of those Curry rivals do you least want to see finally when a chip?? Harden, Russ, or CP3? I’m going with Rockets, and Russ. But I hope to hear your thoughts. Again, great content my guy. Appreciate your work

Anonymous

Better in their prime kd or kobe or steph?

Anonymous

Best NBA content, period. Always look forward to your game breakdowns. Have a great new year.

Anonymous

What’s the absolute most you’d give up in a trade from the warriors and what player would you have to see in return?

Anonymous

Assuming everyone is healthy, what is the ideal Warriors rotation? Is it, starts: Steph, Klay, Wiggans, Dray, and Looney, with the main bench being Poole, GP2, Andre, Kuminga, and Wiseman (Assuming he has taken a step forward by having a defined role). Then that would leave Bjelica, Lee, and Moody as matchup and/or stretching the bench dependant?

Anonymous

How important do you think Wiseman will actually turn out to be with all the great bigs in wests now?

Anonymous

what do you need to get off your chest? speak freely!

Anonymous

Glad the fam is feeling better Alc! I’m of the belief kuminga can join a closing lineup of Steph klay dray and Wiggins as early as 2022-2023. What would kuminga need to improve on/develop to get there?

Anonymous

I think Wiseman's biggest issue on defense is that he doesn't understand he can protect the rim using his length and lateral quickness instead of his jumping ability. Do you think it's possible that he has developed that understanding during his time off the court, or is that only possible through in-game reps implemented it at game speed?

Anonymous

Is Kuminga right now a better in game shooter than Moody

Paul Hanson

Hello Uncle Alch-very glad to hear that your family is healing up and starting to look at Omnicron in the rear view mirror. Please continue to take care of yourself and your loved ones in this crazy time. My 2 questions for you: #1-the type of player Jonathan Kuminga seems to be a rarity on the Warriors-a 6'8'' aggressive driver to the basket looking for contact. While I'm very happy he's on the team-when the playoffs roll around won't teams foul him all the time due to his poor free throw percentage unless he can show the league he can hit 75% of his FTs? How can he improve this incredibly inconsistent to bad FT shooting? I saw you mention his follow through has a few issues in the last game where the Dubs were maybe 50% from the line as a team. I'm thinking about those tough playoff times where the team needs a bucket in the worst way and the 3s ain't falling-this was the KD spot for years. Kuminga is nowhere near that dangerous-not sure he'll ever be-but if JK can just be a more reliable FT and mid-range shooter (to go along with his improving 3p shooting)-the Dubs have something special. And he’s only 19. Last question: Although Kyrie can’t play in his own arena-I think he can play at Chase Center. Which is ridiculous given that everyone else has to be vaxxed to enter the arena. Do you see any changes to this ridiculous exception to the rule out of any sort of public health issue? Or does the CBA prevent this? Thank you and have a wonderful 2022!

With the warriors investing heavily into player development coaches like Dejan Milojevic, Jama Mahlalela, along with the current ones that is doing solid work, will the warriors be able to reap in some dividends with the young players (Wiseman/JK/Moody) and bench players late this season/ playoff time?

Anonymous

Hey alch, glad to hear all the fam are recovering hopefully this is your last stint with the virus. My main Question might have to be, ironically, do you think we might have too much future talent. Now hear me out but, I'm thinking about the personality of our top 3 young prospects, Poole, kuminga, and Wiseman. All of these guys kinda radiate top dog mentality, as in anyone of them could potentially be a teams no.1 option. So do you think that this many players that want to be the alpha, we might end up with a Celtics Tatum and brown situation. Where both of theses guys, instead of being a dynamic duo, they are kinda holding each other back from being the best versions of themselves.

Anonymous

Do you think The Grizzles could have a playoff run like the hawks did last year?

Anonymous

Do you think That Wiseman should start once he gets into basketball shape over Looney or come off the bench?

Anonymous

Do you think we have enough 1 on 1 creation come playoff time? My biggest concern is if we run into a well run defense in the playoffs thats able to deny our easy actions. At that point we're asking Steph to do a lot of heavy lifting or we are praying Wiggins and Poole can give us what we need. Am I overblowing this or do you think it could be an issue come playoff time as well?

Anonymous

Yeah I’m curious too.. how would melo look like w us and Poole? 👀👀👀

Anonymous

Should we trade Wiseman for a now big? Is D Jordan worth a look?

Anonymous

By this time next year, what are the ideal version of Wiseman, Kuminga, and Moody?

Anonymous

Favorite young players that you see could become the face of the league after theLebrons and Stephs of the world retire?

Major Powers

Question 1: what happened to the Celtics? Has Jalen and Jayson's ISOing just gotten that much worse? Is the it schemes? Personnel? Something else? Question 2: how do the dubs match up against the Jazz in the playoffs.

Anonymous

He wouldn’t be traveling with the team and it would have come out if he had serious setbacks

Anonymous

Would another chip mean more to steph/dray/klay or Kd/irving/harden? People attach steph and kd to eachother when mentioning championships, so does winning another mean more for stephs legacy? Or kd's?

Yehudah Raphaelsohn

Well consider Moody is shooting 33/14/57 and Kuminga is shooting 49/29/56 it would be hard to argue otherwise.

Anonymous

congrats on 1800 patreon subs man :)

Anonymous

Happy New Year! Appreciate the grind! My question would be: If the 76ers came out on the East, how would we handle Embiid on the center? Thybulle on Steph?

Jerry Heverly

question: why is it taking so long for Klay to get in game shape?

Anonymous

If Kyrie can play all games, who wins in a Finals matchup: Warriors or Nets? I personally think the Nets have better playoff style offense

Anonymous

Putting all the signals about James Wiseman from Joe Lacob aside, what sort of production or improvements from him take him out of the trade rumors completely? Kerr has talked a lot of about having him modelling his game after Ayton, is that fair?

Anonymous

Happy new Year Alch, it turned out to be a good decision in subscring to your patreon, love the breakdowns and jokes, looking forward to see your coverage playoff time. Wish you and your family well!

Anonymous

Is Mobley KG 2.0?

Jello Smooth

When you marry a sports nut like I did … you cannot watch the Alch breakdown by yourself … What do you think the second line up is going to be post The Return of Klay!!!!

Jello Smooth

Side note …. Is this fool starting Lance this weekend or not …. Damn with all the drama.

Anonymous

A deep dive into the shooting forms of our players would be cool. Also rank the best dunkers on the team.

Ryan Mitchell

You gotta a family here Alch - we know that life happens so no biggy if you need to take some time off here and there (aka load management) 1. Will Kerr always be the coach when Steph is on the team? 2. Do we have a backup PG problem/gap? Maybe JP takes that spot with the second team once everyone returns 🤷🏻‍♂️

Anonymous

How each players roles fit in the dubs system.

SAOpp

Hey Alch. Appreciate what you do. Glad you and the family are on the mend. Wondering if I’ll be any happier if Ws lose in finals than I was last 2 years when we had no chance. What are your thoughts on how “championship or bust” effects the players and us fans?

SAOpp

Heard Scalabrine talking about how Kobe and Giannis played/play with force when they need to create shots. (Was contrasting than to Brown and Tatum). Do you think that is what will be special about Kuminga?

Anonymous

Which no name 10 day contract is gone be a star, or at least a legit role player :-)

Anonymous

What do you think Poole and Kuminga’s ceilings are?

Gsw4L

At this point Pool is better player than Clarkson. He is our future.

Shea Johnson

Would love to kind of hear your general thoughts on some of the other mid tier teams in the NBA, the heat, the Celtics, teams that probably aren’t contenders but probably are making the playoffs. Would love an extended take on draymond as you were on of the vocal possibly anti draymond for the future of the warriors last year and talking about how this season so far has changed your opinions on it. Thoughts on the franchise going forward post Steph years is also a fun thought experiment
