It’s cuz the team watches your vids, gotta prove you wrong every time you predict an L!

Anonymous

YO WE CHIPPIN, I'm a say this will be the best year yet to watch warrior bball. Having Klay + JWise come back, surging like this, Steph cookin with hot suace, WATCH YA HEAD

Anonymous

Plus seeing WIggs come alive and stay alive, feel like he is at maybe 50-75% in his actual ability, i think he is starting to believe in himself in a way he never has.

Anonymous

My god steph is a madman, t-ing up the refs

Anonymous

So much in this video! Great content. Way more valuable than other stuff online. JK is going to get his time. Someone is going to be chipped up. He's going to be hungry. Great point about the time of the game. It throws athletes off. I'm nervous for the suns games. On one side I think they are going to smash 'm. I wonder how the styles match up. On the other hand....they might split the difference. Glad you didn't predict anything!!!

Paul Hanson

Awesome breakdown Uncle Alch-love the "tabletop" reference. And exactly how Steph responded to the tech was understated mental savagery mixed with killer instinct and execution. It's not to come RIGHT back and hoisting 3s just over-emotionally-it's the staying in the moment, focusing all that rage into pure execution with no regard for anything else. Kobe Bryant once said of Steph something like this: "when you see him play-he's not thinking about the past and what just happened-he's not thinking about the future and what will happen-he's just THERE in the exact moment-the exact present. And that's when you know you have a real problem on your hands." Often you see Steph on the bench with kind of a blank stare-this is that being in the moment mental edge he seems to have over the game and his opponents. Very underrated part of his game-that almost Buddhist mentality. What a fun season this is turning out to be.

Dunno about Wiseman.....dude doesn't have much experience. It takes time for most rookies to really get good. He might get confused on defense. Klay is already used to the system. Just like André. They can just slide in after a while off.

Anonymous

JJ Reddick also said something like that.....Steph is in a zone for way longer than other athletes

Russ

I'm just gonna say it. Steph has gone up another level. Yeah I know there hasn't really been another level up from this but his D, the passing, keeping guys involved at his expense and blocking shots?, blocking shots?... Honestly going back to his first 3 years in the league did anyone ever think his D would be this good? I didn't. You go to the games and you can see he's in a trance from warm ups through the entire game. it's kind of inhuman but in a damn glad we get to witness it kind of way. As Kobe once said about Steph, it's the calm killer that you fear.

Nathan Glanzer

If you see a different angle of the foul he hits Steph with elbow/forearm in the back of the head. You can actually see the wave of impact on Steph's face if you see a good enough quality version. That's what he was so upset about. I had to laugh when Steph absolutely wrecked GP2 on that chest bump haha.

Nathan Glanzer

Here's my conspiracy theory. I think the league really wanted the Warriors to lose this game. They think it's bad for the league that the Warriors are so good except Warriors game sell out in every arena they go to haha. But it sure did seem like any time we got some momentum it was thwarted by calls that just don't usually get called in the NBA. You could call those fouls every single possession if you wanted to (like calling holding on football). The league really wanted it to be 17-3 both ways on Tuesday when we see the Suns. Steph realized this and that's when he was nodding his head. "Okay. Okay. You gonna try to take this from me, then I'll be undeniable".

Anonymous

Steph has somehow ascended even further. He's bar none the best player in the world. His dominance in the sport is reaching that MJ/Wilt/Miami (2012 & 13) LeBron level...ridiculous

Anonymous

Respectfully @Alch along with the build-up tension Steph got elbowed at the back of his head and that triggered him https://youtu.be/I2jdwSnDiB8

Ezra Abbey

turns out wiggins is #2 in net rating in the league, that's fucking crazy, dude fits so well with this team and is getting more and more confident

Anonymous

Steph curry is like the most marketable star in the nba, I really don’t think the nba would try to sabotage them. Since golden state has left contention, the ratings have been piss poor. Steph doesn’t get the calls he does because he was never the type to whore out for them. Sure he had some tricks, but his style is the antithesis of the foul baiting.

Anonymous

No one is being honest with how good steph curry is…he is easily a top 10 player of all time. Another mvp and ring should put him firmly into the top 5 all time IMO.

Matthew Velez

Hey guys anyone got a link to the discord?

SAOpp

Another great Ws performance and another great summary. As much as I am conditioned to dislike the Clippers, I really like Paul George's game. He's one of very few stars in the league that would fit nice on the Ws. When he gets hot, it's fun to watch. He also still puts in the effort on both sides of the ball.

where do we feel like wiseman will be on his return? do we think he's acquired any new experience that can be immediately leveraged in games or will it be more of he's gotta play to acquire that knowledge and experience. depending on when he returns i suspect he wont get meaningful touches/time he needs to a potential impact this year.

John Pettus

I kinda agree. I think it's been somewhat proven that we don't NEED him, and the last data we have from last year was that he was a huge net negative. Which is not on him, he was basically a high school player. But unless he has seriously upskilled I hope we stash him in the G League until he's ready to contribute to winning.

Anonymous

You should be pretty confident that he will get a couple of minutes because he offers something they don’t have…but I doubt he will be closing games most likely when draymond has been incredibly effective defensively. If he wasn’t, wiseman would have to be forced into the lineup. I just hope they allow him to figure it out and play him with good passers to get him going. He should be out there with Wiggins and draymond so they can cover for his inexperience. This team is gonna be scary if he can stay on the court defensively, with the spacing on this team. I know he didn’t play well with steph last year, but the starting lineup compliments him perfectly. Steph and klay offer the greatest spacing ever, draymond is an excellent passer, and wiggins doesn’t step on anyone’s toes.

Anonymous

If/When Poole learns to reorder his play and put setting back picks, catching/passing and quickly relocating (and multiple relocations) while saving that in&out for poor close outs and open floor situations then he will be quite the dangerous high level offensive weapon. Poole deserves the accolades for his improved defensive energy effort and performance. He should also get credit for not pressing when he didn't score early, to keep playing hard knowing his run would come within the system.

Loved Kerrs reaction when a timeout was called in the 3rd/4th quarter. Bloke was hyped with that "yeah we're destroying em" look.

I feel the STORM coming... It can be good or bad I am betting on good for Warriors and their fans. CLAY- Snub by the top 75, out for 2+ years, sitting on the floor soaking all the emotions CHEF- bag pack last season after an injured season, did not get past the play in, Snub on MVP, media chirping. DRE- washed, triple single, the reason for KD leaving, got bounced in the play-in. WIGS- not a first option, warriors lost the trade, would not trade for a box of cookies (SAS) YOUNG group- Poole, GP2, JTA, Kuminga KERR- Jackson did all the work, Can only coach a super team, league catch up with GSW. The Storm is coming...

Anonymous

Can we make a new name: "triggered Steph?"

Jimmy Ji

Sportsbooks across the country are being put on notice by this year's GSW team as the team is currently 15-4-1 against the spread and they have covered every game during this current winning streak (according to Vegas Insiders dating back to their loss to CHA). I have a feeling the refs will continue to swallow the whistle moving forward because the Warriors are becoming almost like an automatic bet and Vegas is not happy.

Hartenstein getting demoted at his klan meeting had me dying. Amazing breakdown as always, Alch!

Anonymous

this was Fitz's worst and most unbearable call all season but at least JP and Steph made up for it

Anonymous

Was at the game it was so sick. Never seen Steve Kerr so pumped up nor Steph Curry so mad.

Anonymous

Hey Alch everyone always talks about how Curry had mental lapses in that 2016 finals, do you think this is a product of him learning from his mistakes and making sure he went thru those mental hurdles cause no one talks about that but my man is a killer when he wants to be and I feel he doesn’t get the respect he deserves for being such a killer on the court it’s always about his shooting or his gravity and never about his all round game

Anonymous

Should we wait until after the Suns games this week to start being concerned about Belly turning into another Casspi. I know this was a possibility due to his Miami stint but we are kinda getting to the point where the team might over extend Dray and Looney, especially Dray considering he's dealing with some back soreness from the Clipper game.

Natto Santo

Curry playing at both ends, Otto is shooting well, JP is doing well, even Kuminga hit an 3 pointer. I just miss the long range bomb from NB.

Julian

This is what happens when everything is well and you are looking for things to be wrong lol.. He was one of the most effective players for the first 60% of the season. And vs Cavs an x factor. He's been off form for 2-3 weeks, and he's not a good matchup vs Suns either way. As long as his form returns back in the next 2 weeks, it's ok.

Anonymous

Wiggin's jump was unreal. Especially at that moment when you paused the video, dude looked like he jumped to that height with zero effort. He didn't even bend his legs that much to launch himself to that jump. How high can get get if he were actually putting 100 percent into a jump?? I wanna know! lol!

Anonymous

Lol it's not 5 alarm fire worry but it is a room temperature note b4 things get serious down the line. I get it, he was valuable the 1st couple of weeks of the year, similar to what happened with Casspi, up until his slower release made him more tentative to shoot the semi open 3s and try to drive and kick into TOVs. If one of the Warrior's overall goals is to make sure Wiseman turns into a quality rotation player, then they need to make sure the center position isn't being taped on with a bandaid as he has his growing pains of figuring out how to play after his meniscus tear. It's alright to look down the road, when the team's expectations this year is closer to title contenders.

athleticalchemy

I think the root of it was fatigue, both physically and mentally… and then technique wise, he loves the hook passes whether it’s behind the back or over his head, it’s a more difficult pass.. he is built his body up to where you can’t ware him down like that. Of course experience has helped as well. He continues to add layers to his game. We’re are seeing him be much more physical with the defenders.

Anonymous

I am unclear why Lacob puts up with his mediocrity. All Fitz does is spout percentages, then is incredulous when things don't unfold the way the percentages preordained them to be. The act is so tired.

Anonymous

Otto probably got the skinniest legs in the NBA, Everytime he falls down I worry. Looking forward to the suns game.

Anonymous

I think what got Curry heated was that on that last no call he got a little elbow to the head. I mean it looked like it barely caught him but maybe it felt worse than it looked.

Anonymous

Very true! He just finds a way every year to get better

Anonymous

Are we going to get footage of Klay in the g league or is he just practicing with the team?

Anonymous

Hartenstein pissed me off!!! I'm so glad JP smoked them to end the quarter-that fool tried it!

Anonymous

Just scrimmaging with the our G league team to the best of my knowledge.

Andreas Wiedemann

I like the team so far. That said, I`m not sure why chiozza gets those minutes. He won`t help come playoff time. I would rather see moody getting some action. has he ever gotten some meaningful minutes? I`m looking forward to the suns game. I would be really pumped if kerr goes to kuminga to stop those big guys.

Anonymous

Alch, where are you gonna be live on before the suns game? Wanna get on that!

Ryan Mitchell

Another amazing game - damn we are lucky as fans to watch such greatness
