I’ve really liked what Jordan and Nico have shown lately. Jordan reminds me of what a modern day Monta might look like. Jordan’s a combo guard with some flash and elusiveness and finishes somewhat like Monta used to. He also takes some tough shots like Monta, he just more threes than Monta ever did. And Nico reminds me a ton of TJ McConnell. Both are smaller but somewhat built guards who can run a nice pick and roll here and there, make a couple open shots, generally run an offense, and play fiesty defense. That’s my favorite part about Nico is he’s a disrupter. Wont get steals or blocks but bodies up, doesn’t reach, and eats contact again and again. Just takes contact over and over again each one slightly affecting the offensive players rhythm.

I hope wiseman goes in the lab this summer...Poole is the exemple of the results...But mannn Kerr has been bad for his standards this season...he’s All over the place..I think ownership doesn’t know what to do and it confuses everyone...Nothing is happening in the trade deadline except maybe oubre and that 80 million tax lol...

Anonymous

“Doc’s” comment on Looney is hilarious!

Anonymous

Praying we don’t trade Oubre. Love that dude and I respect the hell out of him. Maybe him for Lonzo but that’s about it tbh

Anonymous

Yesssiirrr altough we took a L last night the guys showed effort coming back from what? like 20 plus pts to give the 76sixers a dawg fight in the 4th, LOVED IT!! Now let's hope we make some moves before the trade deadline fingers crossed! Not expecting anything crazy but we do need to make some moves specially at the frontcourt Looney just won't cut it mane and then to add draymonds offense OH LAWRD it really is a liabillity having dude out there, like tony allen said its 4 on 5 right now with the dubs 😩😩

Anonymous

Not too mad about the results of this game, interested to see who's possibly shipped out tomorrow. a bit scared about our record after this next week without steph though

Anonymous

Nah bruh he got to go, he's leaving this summer he looking to get 20 mill a year, dubs can't afford that!

Anonymous

I've been saying Tobias looks like J Cole for years 😂😂 and if we're trading Oubre we better be getting a good ass player back

Anonymous

That Weak Mill comment = priceless! He thought he was gonna cook Nico but his misplaced aggression ended up letting us back in the game. Dude was a joke. Anyways was proud of Poole pushing thru a bad shooting night find ways to score. I'm sold if he keeps up the work ethic and doesn't let the success get to his head he will be great! Flowers to Alchemy and everyone who didn't lose faith in the struggle.

Kelenna had some great commentary on learning what works for you after your rookie season. Maybe it's still a coin flip, but I think James is genuinely dealing with such a large bag it's taking longer. like he has no idea whether to drop a three or drive. But when it clicks.. loved your observation about him handling the ball.

Anonymous

The first quarter post up and drop step for Wiseman could absolutely be simplified if they made effort to get Wiseman the ball using a motion game duck in move by Wiseman, the staple for Shaq and used right now by the Pacers with Sabonis. It even works with the Warriors motion game if you put Wiseman in a block swing the ball away from Wiseman while clearing his corner with a baseline runner now Wiseman is alone down low and as the ball reverses to the wing on his side Wiseman "ducks in" seals his man and is catching the ball on a direct or bounce pass feed already at the rim. When Sabonis does this move he seals/holds off and tries to put his man under the bucket. Works man or zone. So simple high school teams run it. If you search basketball duck in move on youetube you'll see high school teams doing this off their motion games. The point is, the Warriors leave a lot of points on the table every game by not making teams defend Wiseman's length in the half court and instead give Wiseman touches as an after thought in an offense not designed for him.

If klay would have never got hurt I would of have gave them one more run then tried to get off draymond now we stuck with him

Thomas Ogas

I'm fond of Oubre and what he gives us, but I get that he's our most valuable tradeable asset, and next season he won't be starting (if he decides to turn down more money to go elsewhere) so we oughta get more talent at a position of need ... and that's in the front court. Find it odd that Paschall didn't play. Is he "on the block"? Does he fit in the 2021-2022 Warriors 2nd unit, now that Poole has emerged?

Anonymous

5:16 Wait, was Wiseman or Draymond supposed to drop back on Korkmaz? That looked like a double screen and I'm curious how that possession should've been defended.

Anonymous

Paschall is a liability right now...we need to cut our rotation to give more minutes to certain guys...and with his knees injuries he needs rest because he can’t attack the rim right now...

Anonymous

all this expectation of trading oubre for someone that may what? get us where? i imagine they want to downgrade from oubre, save some cash, and write this year off. get someone with a couple years left on contract and rack up for next year when we have a healthier and more experienced roster

Anonymous

Do you think wiseman has that ability right now playing with grownups? I think they want him to find where he’s comfortable in offence to get some confidence and go from there...he’s so raw...he forgets what to do if the situation changes a bit from what he learned in practices...growing pains...gotta love it...sometimes it clicks, sometimes it’s horrible...

hey, I am a 76er fan... obviously a big fan of this channel.. can you redo this 1 from a 76ers point of view? Or direct me on who does 76ers content (like you)

Nico changed the game when he came in. I am pleased to see you are warming a little to Nico. Almost everyone is sleeping on Nico. He shatters their perceptions of what a basketball player looks like. Nico's got game, watch his 57 point performance on Youtube. I believe Nico's floor is fairly high if his defense holds up. I think Steve Nash is a good comp for his potential ceiling. Give Nico a year of maturing and learning like Poole and watch out next year.

Branden Edwards

If we limit it to just this era, the last 10 years, Draymond does have a legitimate argument. Just not all-time.

Anonymous

Thybulle got clamps and made Poole look like Bridge Trolls son. That said I like what I saw from him in the 3rd since he was the only one besides nico, Oubre and lee that played with alot of fight.

John Pettus

Alchemy ain't about turning gold into lead my man! (Just kidding. Would be great if everybody had someone like him.)

John Pettus

Man I really like KO. I think he would REALLY benefit from more time in our system, because he has the tools to be great, and he already has the mindset. He also thrived leading our second unit. Imagine Nico, him, JP and part-time Klay in the second unit?

Anonymous

with the Lakers falling down fast, I am really interested to see what is going to happen. Maybe it's going to be Lakers vs dubs for the 8th seed playoff. lol

Anonymous

Do you think with steph being out for a week this could be the actual turning point in the season from playoffs to just strictly development and draft?

Ezra Abbey

last chance u was incredible, thank you for the recommendation alch

Oubre should take more mid range shots

David A.

I was really happy with Nico last night. He looked quick going inside and his feet were moving on defense. Good stuff.

Anonymous

It's ironic somebody making GOAT claims when the man aint even a top 5 defender in the league currently. Draymond is a child in an aging body that aint holding up. He got the tech not cuz of what happened at the line, but cuz the play before he was violently clapping at the ref after his flop was unsuccessful. He should not be the "heart and soul" of this team moving forward. And the warriors should prioritize Oubre.

Anonymous

Nico looked great. Draymond and Wiggins played far below their expected consistent floor. I really hope we don't trade Oubre

Anonymous

Man Wiseman just can't do anything right at all. Even when he rolls he's getting in the way and clogging the lane. Guy is an utter project.

Russ

I've been hard on Dray for a long time, and I still will be as long as he throws the ball away in one of the first 3-5 offensive possessions almost every game, he's always good for at least 4 throw aways. But sometimes I think about what we look like without him, the identity would change dramatically and mostly not for the better. This is maybe why I'm always wishing he would kill off the Diva behavior and grow up. How many down to the wire games does he just blow up like a hangry 10 year old. And I'd also love to keep Kelly, love the all around game he has, he uses his athletic ability mostly but I'll take it.

Try it now.. someone is posting the videos on forums. I may have to find another second platform.

Jerry Heverly

Was Pascall held out because he is being traded?

Anonymous

Is Pascal Siakam a viable trade for the dubs? Lots of rumblings coming out of Toronto. And if so how does Siakam/Dray/Wiseman works? Who’s the odd man out?

Anonymous

Man after reading most these comments I'm beginning to think no one hates warriors players like warriors fans. Like I'm not sure what some of you were expecting out of a straight out of high school athletic freak, it's no surprise he looks lost in our system at times. Even KG has said he was lost as shit his rookie year

Listen Wilt played in 1045 NBA games and he never fouled out of an NBA game. In one season in the early 60's Wilt actually averaged more than 48 minutes per game. How could that be? Wilt never came out because he was never in foul trouble and he played all the minutes plus most of the overtimes as well. Wilt may or may not be the best defender the NBA has ever seen but he was so dominant so much better than his peers (Jabbar, Thurmond) it makes Draymond statement a little uninformed.

Anonymous

100, everyones to thirsty to be dominant again. Give these guys a chance, we cant rush the process for any of em

Wiseman is not NBA ready

Anonymous

Of course Wiseman is not NBA ready. Only one way he gets there: Minutes. And whose fault is it he doesn't get them? Season half way done and we're just now seeing him solid as starter, not to mention Nico and Poole. Half a season wasted by a coach that doesn't have a clue. Suddenly the G League has made them great. Why? Can you say REAL COACHING? REAL MINUTES? Kerr still making excuses, "We're not good enough yet. We need to execute." Execute Kerr. It takes more than just execution, it takes MOTIVATION. Kerr Ain't It. Stop blaming all the players. No one player can make this teem so spastic. But one coach can. How many times I gotta say this? This ain't The Hampton Five. A system is only as good as its parts. The parts change, you gotta recognize your new strengths and tweak the system. Pound it inside to Wiseman. Stop trying to make him a cog in an obsolete wheel. James' game is inside. So is Oubre's, not in the corner. His mid range is deadly like Kobe. These youngsters need someone who puts players first and system second, not the other way around. Kerr is a One Trick Pony, and that dog don't hunt. They need a coach who lights their fire. I nominate Kris Weems - the Santa Cruz Warriors Coach. He coached Lacob's kids.

Anonymous

Coaching is an issue out there but this kid needs to hustle. All we can ask from him rn is hustle and grit. To be able to learn and adapt. He’s bigger than everybody so he should be able to KC out, run the floor, rebound, get put back dunks and and use that speed for transition dunks. He can’t even do that.
