LeBron choosing the Lakers to live under images of Kobe, Magic, Kareem etc is just too much. How many rings does he need to do right by that place? Otherwise, he’s just broke down Karl Malone. As for Kahwi, I would rather trade him for 75c on the dollar to the East than possibly impact my playoff run. And, by the way, why would the Spurs want Laker assets? The dude they benched? The possible fluke? I think the Lakers big splash is going to be squadootch

Don’t underestimate Brons ego.. Kuzma and Ingram!? Those are two very nice prospects. If I could get Rozier and Brown that be my first choice.

Draymond saying he wants the max should be expected. But I think he's a guy who will re-sign for less, for the sake of the team. He could've gotten more with his current deal but he took less on purpose. And Lacob has said Draymond is his favorite player and the guy he sees himself the most in so I don't see Draymond going anywhere. And I don't buy Grayson Allen at all. I don't think he will be a good NBA player. He's a senior, his potential is already maxed out. The NBA game is different. He lacks explosiveness and can't get by college defenders with his first step so you know he won't be able to get past anybody in the NBA. So he will be basically be relegated to being a spot up shooter. He won't be a versatile player in the NBA and will only be able to play off guard. He's too small and not strong enough to match up against these bigger wings. I can only see GSW picking him as a last resort or maybe if they use a 2nd round pick on him.

KD didn't take a cut and neither is Klay, they're getting crypto wallets with cash for later, and probably unofficial Realestate, these Bay Area Billionaires don't pay taxes, and the nba luxury tax is not something they feel like paying in full but with Dray, I don't give him the super max, people always talk about his presence on D but he also a liability on offense, and if the 4 spot could spread the floor it would probably make up some of the loss on D He needs to be realistic, nobody else is giving him that much cash, they should give a reasonable bag, but not the super max

There is definitely some modern Eddie Debartolo stuff going on. Everything you said about Dray seems like the logical outcome. But one of the costs of all this winning is ego inflation.

One would hope with Dray..but history has shown us otherwise with dynasties. Allen will never be a lead guard, but thats not what they are looking for. Yeah he doesn't have as much potential but he is ready to contribute right now while our core is in their prime. Im not super high on him overall.... but i am very high on him on this team and system.
