I probably wouldn't have watched this again unless it was for you two. I always feel like I need a nap after watching it. "That's not her arm!" no , That's the chair. Best moment. Ed Gein made many articles of his home out human skin etc. They have his story in LIFE magazine. Was a farm in Wisconsin.

I first saw this one back on Halloween weekend 1992. I was on the hall council for my dorm my freshman year and organized a horror movie marathon in our lounge. I put up fliers in the dorm to get a list of movies that people wanted to watch. One person responded and was insistent that we watch The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. So, I added that to the list of movies and added movies from my collection. So, we fired up the movie on the night of the movie marathon. The folks who were watching it with me started asking "Who chose this movie?" I told them who it had been. Turns out he wasn't even on campus that weekend. It got to where the guy in the wheelchair gets killed, and we started cheering because there was finally a chainsaw.
