I like Dex's new GF. I think she'll be similar to Deb -- at first she won't accept the real Dex, but then as a cop, she'll also understand and eventually ally with him.

Loved it!!!! I wonder how much info did Hannah tell Harrison about his father? How did he know Dexter was still alive if Hannah thought he died in the hurricane?? How was he able to find Dex? etc Lots of questions but I guess we'll find out in due time. I really enjoyed it as much as your reaction!!!

My initial guess was the true crime Podcaster took a picture of dexter in the background somewhere or something along those lines and that's how Harrison found him but it's probably something I'm not even thinking about.

Loved the symbolism of Dexter chasing a good life as a good man and a white buck which represents that good life. When Caldwell killed the Buck he killed Dexter's dream of being good and he became Dexter again. Loved all the callbacks to previous seasons, the cinnamon rolls, spinning in the swivel chair, Dexter's laughable attempts to dance, etc. The kill season called back so many previous ones. Season one episode one, "tell me what you did", Ray Speltzer season 7 when Dexter yells "fuck" in his face (this time doing scary motions in his face), Caldwell yelling out his threats is a reminder of Miguel Prado, Caldwell saying "wait, wait, wait" and his and Dexter's responses are so similar to the kill under the football stands in season 6 episode 1, Dexter even tied Caldwell's hands like The Skinner tied Dexter's in season 3. The kill scene was just perfect, quintessential Dexter. The writers definitely did their homework. So enjoyed watching with you all.
