Within the Demon Clan, not all beings took on the form of Demonic Beasts; some possessed a certain degree of human appearance.

Typically, Demonic Beasts could only transform after reaching the fourth tier. A fourth-tier Demonic Beast was equivalent to the Nascent Soul realm of the human race.

However, some Demonic Beasts, as early as the third tier, equivalent to the Golden Core Realm of humans, could partially transform. They retained both a human form and the characteristics of the Demon Clan, giving them an unsettling appearance—neither fully human nor demon.

In special cases, some higher-tier transformed Demons, upon giving birth, had offspring that were human-like from a young age.

These human-like offspring also had a chance of producing descendants with human appearances.

This led to the existence of numerous individuals with a mix of human and demonic traits in the West Zhou Demon Realm.

The creature with a body covered in black armor, a hybrid of a demon and a human, was a third-tier Demonic Beast that hadn't completed its transformation, originally a Black Jiao.

Currently, it was enjoying the services of two robust women, watching the dance below and occasionally cheering loudly.

In the center of the grand hall, a group of over a dozen plate-sized toads was happily hopping around. They stretched their front legs, back legs, performed one-legged jumps, two-legged jumps, three-legged jumps, crossed-leg jumps, forward jumps, backward jumps...

This was a renowned dance among the Demon Clan known as the Chaotic Frog Dance.

As the Demonic Beast observed the dance, Yun Qingya walked in from outside and immediately prostrated herself on the ground.

Most Demon Clan members didn't bother much with etiquette; there was no need for an announcement when entering. However, if one had the misfortune of encountering a hungry or bad-tempered Demonic Beast, being swallowed whole was a common occurrence.

Therefore, low-tier Demonic Beasts didn't dare disturb higher-tier ones casually.

"Master, the mission failed, and Tie Ta was killed by the human race," Yun Qingya said cautiously, afraid that the Black Jiao might tear her apart in a fit of rage.

She had witnessed a human servant torn to pieces by the Black Jiao for incompetence.

"Roar! Why are you still alive then?" The Black Jiao was indeed furious.

In an instant, a long whip appeared in its hand, lashing towards Yun Qingya without mercy.

"Roar! Crack! Crack!"

The whip fell repeatedly, leaving bloody welts on Yun Qingya's body.

At the same time, Yun Qingya felt a slight relief. Perhaps the Black Jiao wouldn't kill her after all.

From childhood to adulthood, this kind of punishment had always accompanied her. When the Black Jiao was pleased, it would whip her a few times, and when angered, it would still whip her.

If not for the powerful recovery abilities of an Immortal Cultivator, her body would have been covered in scars with no good skin left.

The main reason for this was the differing aesthetic values of the Demon Clan compared to the human race. They revered strength and admired robust and powerful individuals.

In terms of female beauty, they preferred tall and muscular women, ideally with thick body hair and even a bit of facial hair because Demon Clan members either had fur or scales.

Hence, when they saw Yun Qingya, with her smooth and delicate skin, they found it extremely uncomfortable.

So, despite being its human pet, the Black Jiao still detested her.

If not for hearing that the human race was exceptionally perverse, liking these extremely ugly women, it would have eaten Yun Qingya long ago.
It sent Yun Qingya undercover among the human race, with significant plans related to a major Demon Clan scheme.

After a bout of whipping and some fondling of the robust thighs of the two women beside it, the Black Jiao gradually calmed its anger.

Women with such a tall, muscular build, dense body hair, and facial hair were considered top-notch in the demonic world—one in a million. After all, most human women appeared soft and delicate, with smooth and tender skin, lacking any tactile sensation.

"I sent you to learn Alchemy. Have you mastered it?" It had another purpose in sending Yun Qingya—to learn the art of Alchemy.

Throughout the West Zhou Demon Realm, there were only a few Demonic Beasts capable of Alchemy or refining tools, as the Demon Clan had no innate talent in this field. Their inherited bloodlines granted them various powerful abilities, such as sharp teeth, claws, sturdy shells, and some Demonic Beasts were naturally proficient in certain Magical Arts. This, however, greatly suppressed their creative abilities.

"Master, I've learned to refine second-tier Pills," Yun Qingya reported.

Hearing this, the Black Jiao's mood improved. Having a human pet skilled in Alchemy meant a future source of wealth. Pills were in high demand in the West Zhou Demon Realm, and although they weren't specifically designed for Demonic Beast refinement, they were much more efficient than directly consuming Spiritual Herbs.

"If it weren't for the human race's preference for extraordinarily ugly women like you, I would have eaten you by now. Alright, you may leave," the Black Jiao said impatiently, waving its hand to dismiss Yun Qingya.

After spending two days at Qingxu Tower, Wang Hong received a message from Wu Dayong, saying there was business to discuss.

Guided by Wu Dayong, Wang Hong arrived at a secret chamber, a room specifically designated for major business discussions. Surprisingly, within just a few days of his arrival, a significant business opportunity had presented itself, sparking his curiosity.

Upon entering the secret chamber, Wang Hong found Wu Dayong accompanied by a cultivator, the latter dressed in a large black robe with a cloak covering most of their facial features. Only two eyes were visible, giving off an air of secrecy and mystery—clearly a person with a big secret.

Seeing Wang Hong's arrival, Wu Dayong quickly introduced, "Fellow Daoist Gu, this is our Qingxu Tower's resident second-tier Alchemist."

Fellow Daoist Gu, in a hoarse voice, inquired, "I wonder, what is the Pill Success Rate for your second-tier Refinement Pills?"

"It depends on the type of Pill Fellow Daoist wishes for. Most are around thirty percent, but some can reach forty percent," Wang Hong confidently replied.

Generally, a second-tier Alchemist with a thirty percent Pill Success Rate was considered competent. Wang Hong's actual success rate was already above fifty percent.

"What about the Nourishing Essence Pill?" Fellow Daoist Gu asked with concern.

"Due to frequent refinement, the Nourishing Essence Pill can reach forty percent," Wang Hong replied.

Hearing the mention of the Nourishing Essence Pill, Wang Hong felt a bit disappointed. He had enough Spiritual Herbs for the Nourishing Essence Pill, but he didn't reveal it.

After a brief hesitation, the robed cultivator named Gu bit the bullet and said, "Alright! Please examine whether these materials are suitable, Friend."

He handed over a Storage Bag to Wang Hong, who opened it and found materials for the Nourishing Essence Pill. The quantity was considerable—forty portions, explaining the air of mystery around this person.

Wang Hong wondered how he had accumulated such a batch of Spiritual Herbs. He recalled trying to purchase Nourishing Essence Pill Spiritual Herbs but had no luck, even after scouring the Sect market. This mysterious person seemed to have acquired them effortlessly. With a forty percent Pill Success Rate, this batch would yield at least a hundred and sixty pills, a number that could make many people jealous. Jin'an City had various factions, and in terms of safety, it couldn't compare to Azure Void City. Street fights occurred almost every month.
