Within the city, Decepticons and Autobots coexisted peacefully. However, a menacing Mechanical Warrior emerged from a portal and dared to attack Sentinal Prime.

This was one of the reasons why Optimus Prime doubted his identity.

As a former high-ranking commander of the Autobot faction and later their leader, Optimus Prime had limited experience in battling Quintessons. However, he had researched extensively about them in the archives and museums of Iron Fortress.

Comparing his suspicions with the information he had gathered, Optimus Prime began to formulate a theory.

Facing Optimus Prime's furious attack, the damaged Sentinal Prime had no choice but to step back and regain his footing.

Watching the approaching blade, the former Autobot leader's expression grew darker.

"You don't understand... You never will..."

With all his strength, he forcefully pushed Optimus Prime back with his shield, his once dignified face now twisted in anger.

"Cybertron has been turned into a wasteland by the Decepticons. It was my territory, and everyone expected me to change it. But the burden was too heavy. I had to find any means to save it..."

Optimus Prime would no longer accept his justifications. He struck back, swinging his heavy sword towards Sentinal Prime.

Although his [Leadership Module] was still shattered, since he had acquired it, Optimus Prime's body had been significantly enhanced for a long time. His true combat strength had surpassed Sentinal Prime's, reaching a legendary Leader level. Even his lack of combat experience had been partially compensated during his fight with his former mentor.

During their recent battle, Sentinal Prime had lost an arm and his preferred weapon, a longsword, had been thrown away.

Now, with only one arm and his shield, he could only defend himself against Optimus Prime's attacks. Optimus Prime refused to allow him to summon the Universe Rust Cannon, as it would be too dangerous.

"The right path?"

Optimus Prime used his strength to force Sentinal Prime several steps back and continued to attack, leaving wounds all over his body with his heavy sword.

"Quintessons are a group of greedy plunderers. They are even more evil and mad than the Decepticons..."

"Your so-called right path will only lead us from one war into an even deeper abyss..."

Optimus Prime struck again, breaking the shield that had been blocking him for so long.

He didn't miss this opportunity and swiftly delivered another powerful blow, leaving a diagonal wound across Sentinal Prime's chest.

Electric sparks crackled at the wound.

Sentinal Prime, now fallen to the ground, looked at his chest in disbelief.

Only now did fear begin to creep into him.

Optimus Prime sighed and spared his life.

"...Teacher, you still have a chance to turn back. Close those teleportation devices. We have already destroyed Cybertron; we cannot destroy this planet, Earth, which does not belong to us!"

He looked up at the blue portal overhead, from which Quintesson warriors continued to emerge.

The ruler of the Quintessons, the Five-Faced Monster, was even more evil and terrifying than the high-ranking members of the Skytiger Legion.

The army they had bred and created consisted of mindless, fearless slaves.

This was the reason why the first Mechanical Warrior had immediately opened fire on Optimus Prime and Sentinal Prime when they emerged from the portal.

Now, the Quintesson soldiers in Cairo were increasing in number.

Autobots and Decepticon Vehicons from the city fought together against them.

In the ancient city of Cairo, ruins were everywhere. Visitors from Cybertron and Quintessa had turned this ancient city with a history of thousands of years into a battlefield, causing widespread destruction.

Optimus Prime felt a pang of sorrow; he and the Autobots bore a great responsibility for the destruction of Cairo.

After all, the mastermind behind all of this was his former mentor, Sentinal Prime.

Although Optimus Prime had come to understand how he had been manipulated and almost killed by his former mentor, he still felt a glimmer of hope in their past relationship.

As he had said, if Sentinal Prime was willing to turn back, he and the Autobots would accept their former leader and work together to repay the humans of this country for the damage they had caused.

Unfortunately...

Leaders like tyrants did not deserve mercy.

And kings even less so.

Watching the Quintesson soldiers emerging continuously from the portal and engaging in battle with the Autobots and Decepticons, Sentinal Prime slowly stood up from the ground.

He suddenly raised his head, gazing at the sky above the portal, and shouted loudly, "Your Majesty... I know you can see everything here. I, Sentinal Prime, the king of Cybertron, have opened the gateway to the new world, as agreed. Everything you desire is here. Now, it is time for you to fulfill your promise!"

Optimus Prime silently gripped his weapon, keeping an eye on the portal in the sky, fearing that some terrifying beings might emerge from the other side of the teleportation channel.

At the same time, the last trace of hope for his former mentor faded away.

For the sake of an uncertain dream, Sentinal Prime had betrayed his own race and civilization, seeking cooperation with the evil colonizers, the Quintessons, who had once enslaved Cybertron.

Such a leader was not worth it!

In the sky, the blue glow around the portal began to fade, a sign that the Energon Cube providing its energy was running out.

Clearly, maintaining such a large teleportation device with just a few hundred Energon Cubes from the Autobots and the Skytiger Legion would not last long.

Sentinal Prime looked up at the sky, his face filled with madness and panic. He received no response, so he shouted again in frustration.

"Your Majesty, I have opened the gateway to Earth as agreed... Now, it's time for you to fulfill your promise!"

"Zzzt!"

Sentinal Prime's expression froze as he felt the life force rapidly draining from his body. He looked down in disbelief at his chest.

A familiar sword, one he knew very well, had pierced his chest, directly through his Spark, from behind.

"Farewell, teacher!"

A familiar voice sounded from behind him.

As Optimus Prime forcefully pulled back his sword, Sentinal Prime weakly extended his only hand towards the sky, but it soon fell heavily to the ground.

"You... deceived... me..."

In his final moments, he whispered these words, and then he convulsed and no longer had the breath of life.

In the last moment, forever shrouded in darkness, Sentinal Prime faintly felt a voice, colder and prouder than his, echoing in his mind.

"Well done. I have obtained the coordinates of the Seal. As for you, descendant of the First Awakener, sleep with your ancestors forever..."

"Remember, never trust Quintessa to keep her promises..."
