The warning electromagnetic waves emitted by the battle Robots quickly attracted another patrol team.

Although their overall strength was inferior to the Vehicons, the ordinary Decepticon warriors who came to support Socket were not afraid of the battle, despite their smaller numbers.

A dozen or so warriors, with the coordination of an equally sized team of battle Robots, quickly engaged in combat with the incoming Vehicons.

In the sky, the aerial combat Robots, resembling mobile artillery platforms, continuously locked onto individual Vehicons and rapidly unleashed energy blasts.

Amidst the melee, the fourth-generation close combat battle Robots, despite being repeatedly knocked down and sent flying by the Vehicons, would quickly get back up unless they suffered fatal injuries. They continued to besiege the Vehicons in coordination with the Decepticon warriors.

Socket was still fiercely fighting among the Vehicons, with seven or eight Vehicons surrounding him. Their weapons left a series of wounds on Socket's body.

Around them, four Vehicons had already fallen, and it quickly increased to five.

However, Socket's injuries were becoming more severe, and he was starting to struggle.

The ordinary warriors bred at the base had a significant gap in strength compared to Skytiger Legion's Vehicons.

However, they had successfully delayed enough time.

Given Base Two's current level of control over South America, another patrol team quickly rushed to provide support.

Accompanied by the energy blasts coming from the sky, another patrol team arrived at the scene and joined the battle.

The battle continued for over half an hour, and with the arrival of three patrol teams, those Vehicons who fought to the death were all annihilated.

Meanwhile, as the situation on this front was relayed back to the central command base, Sun Cheng furrowed his brow.

"A team of over forty Decepticon Vehicons attacked our patrol teams?"

The news brought by Thunder left him somewhat puzzled.

"Yes, Commander-in-chief. This information has just come in from Sector 34," replied Thunder.

Sun Cheng looked over at Moon reassuringly and absentmindedly rubbed his chin.

The sudden attack by the Vehicons had left him perplexed. Based on his understanding of Starscream, he had a vague sense that Sentinel Prime in Africa was stirring up trouble, with Starscream undoubtedly scheming behind the scenes against him.

However, Starscream's character was akin to Earth's predators, specifically spiders – the type that planned meticulously, setting traps and waiting for others to fall into them, immobilized by their webs, before striking.

Previously, Starscream had invaded the Black Market several times, seemingly incurring significant losses. Yet Sun Cheng had realized later that he had essentially been probed several times by Starscream, testing his strength and his hand.

Unfortunately, he had not anticipated the presence of Skyfire, as well as the Pride Hammer, Requiem Blaster, and the resources and technological advancements available from Mars Base and the Real World. His power and capabilities had grown far more rapidly than Starscream had anticipated.

Otherwise, Starscream would not have come out of those invasions empty-handed.

In his view, Starscream had only sacrificed some disposable Vehicons to gather information about his potential opponent's strength and tactics.

As for the South American continent, although there were initially a considerable number of Decepticons occupying it, they had been cleared out long ago with the expansion of Base Two.

Starscream should be well aware that South America was Sun Cheng's stronghold, and any provocation would only lead to relentless retaliation.

With his cunning character, he could have influenced Lightning, Megatron, and even the future arrival of Shockwave to deal with South America from behind the scenes – that would be more in line with his nature.

In fact, if it had been Autobots attacking South America today, Sun Cheng wouldn't have been surprised.

But it was specifically the Vehicons that baffled him. He couldn't figure out what Starscream was up to.

After pondering for a while and finding no answers, Sun Cheng suppressed his doubts and issued orders, saying, "Inform everyone to double the number of battle Robots on each patrol route. Thunder left to relay his orders, but he returned shortly with a darker expression.

"Commander-in-chief, we've received reports from Sectors 11, 29, 53, and 82 as well. They've all been heavily attacked by Vehicons. Although we've eliminated all the enemies, two mining facilities were destroyed, two advanced warriors, three seriously injured, and five lightly injured patrol team members lost their lives. Over a hundred regular warriors were killed."

Sun Cheng's brow furrowed even deeper, although Thunder didn't mention the losses among the battle Robots, Sun Cheng could guess that it was likely much greater than among the Decepticons, possibly two or three times more.

"Is Starscream out of his mind? Have they counted the total number of invading Vehicons?"

"Over two hundred, but the exact count is still being calculated because some of them managed to escape."

"Understood. Inform everyone to raise their guard across the entire territory!"
