As they approached Earth, the satellites launched by Base Two once again detected them.

The current Earth, different from the familiar Real World of Sun Cheng, had undergone significant changes. The frequent alien invasions in the past two or three years had led major powers on Earth to substantially increase their exploration and monitoring expenses in outer space.

In addition to Sun Cheng's meddling, he had secretly negotiated with countries in Europe and the Far East. They even established a Black Market openly, selling advanced equipment to Earth's nations that was ahead of the current technology by about a decade.

This resulted in a dense surveillance network in Earth's orbit, with over seventeen hundred artificial satellites currently in operation.

With such an extensive monitoring network, any large-scale Decepticon invasion of Earth would be promptly discovered by a country or faction.

By the way, the current total number of Earth satellites under the control of Base Two, whether openly or secretly, had exceeded sixty.

Therefore, shortly after their arrival on Earth, they were able to capture the Decepticons once again.

Although Sun Cheng wasn't quite sure why the Decepticons, after arriving on Earth, went straight to the Arctic Circle, it was still a good thing for him. If the battle happened there, at least he wouldn't have to endure additional reconstruction losses.

"Silence!"

He lightly scolded, interrupting the discussion below.

When all the Decepticon eyes in the military conference room focused on him, Sun Cheng spoke again, "I've received intelligence that the sudden arrival of the Decepticons this time may pose a threat to our safety. Therefore, I plan to lead a group of people to investigate."

There was no attempt to conceal his intentions. Sun Cheng's words were not overly explicit, but they were straightforward.

He suspected that the Decepticons were up to something, so he was preparing to strike first.

Decepticons were creatures inclined towards chaos and simplicity. Trying to convince them with logic and reasoning was far less effective than asserting authority and appealing to their interests.

Sun Cheng already had the authority, and as for the interests, the group of Decepticons under him had grown from mere engineers and cannon fodder to advanced warriors—a gift from him.

So, this was his way of testing the waters.

"Hopefully, the impact of the Decepticons won't reach my warriors!"

Although Sun Cheng was wary of the potential consequences of his actions, he didn't feel much regret.

He knew his own affairs, and in a sense, he had indeed used the threat of the Decepticons as a banner to reduce a lot of trouble.

His current hostility towards the Decepticons was mainly because of his own interests. After all, the arrival of the Decepticons could potentially shake his unique position and affect the stability of the power he had worked hard to establish.

Sun Cheng's words brought another quiet moment to the military conference room.

This time, there was no whispering. Though he clearly saw the changing expressions on some Decepticons' faces, Sun Cheng also realized that some intelligent ones might have guessed his intentions.

Without making him wait long, a cold voice drew all the attention.

"Commander-in-chief, should I inform the Forerunner to join us?"

The familiar voice belonged to Thunder, a silent subordinate who had not disappointed Sun Cheng's trust.

Thunder was one of the few Decepticon warriors under his command who had not been influenced by past propaganda images.

After all, Sun Cheng began constructing Base Two and promoting the idea of "Onslaught" internally about a year ago.

As his influence grew, he no longer actively promoted "Onslaught" and "Skyfire," especially since many Decepticon engineers, including Atlas, had participated in the handling of Skyfire's deteriorating mechanical body.

The true situation of the three giants in Sun Cheng's promoted faction was well known among many Decepticons under his command.

Thunder, in fact, was cultivated as a Decepticon warrior after Sun Cheng stopped internal propaganda about "Onslaught" and "Skyfire."

Clearly, Thunder was one of his most loyal supporters.

Recalling the strength of "Onslaught" and the Warbot Team under his command, Sun Cheng shook his head.

"No need to notify the Forerunner. Terindad Island is crucial, and I can only be at ease with him there!"

The influence of the Black Market on Sun Cheng's faction had been growing.

The demand for advanced mechanical equipment on Earth was still significant. While a few powerful countries in Europe and America once monopolized all advanced equipment exported by the Black Market, none of them voluntarily withdrew after using up their domestic reserves.

They gradually realized they couldn't maintain a complete monopoly because Sun Cheng's faction had a significant demand for various rare metals and resources, both in quantity and variety.

Many of these rare metals and resources were not abundant in the European and American regions, and in some cases, they had none at all.

This forced the European and American nations, who originally tacitly monopolized the Black Market for advanced equipment, to soften and collaborate with an increasing number of countries. They sold a small portion of their advanced equipment shares and even some of their strictly controlled export equipment to countries rich in resources and eager for industrialization.

As a result, cracks began to appear in the previously impenetrable wall around the Black Market.

After tasting success, more and more countries joined the rush to purchase limited advanced equipment from the Black Market.

Under the management of the Forerunner, the Black Market on Terindad Island currently provided Base Two with about one-third of the total resources acquired each quarter.

The Black Market had become increasingly important to Sun Cheng. Consequently, he not only stationed the Forerunner as the commander but also sent another Elite Warrior and seven or eight advanced warriors there.

In the near future, Sun Cheng even planned to deploy Hynix to patrol the waters around Terindad Island.

Although the strength of the current "Onslaught" and his new Warbot Team couldn't be confirmed, the new mechanical body gave Sun Cheng enough confidence. Even if "Onslaught" successfully advanced to the Leader level, he was confident in retreating safely.

After all, he was dealing with "Onslaught," not Shockwave, let alone Megatron or Optimus Prime.

Moreover, Sun Cheng was no longer alone.

Sweeping his gaze across all the Decepticons in the conference room and seeing the eager expressions on the faces of these young Decepticon warriors, he was satisfied and began naming them.

"All Decepticons, listen up. Thunder, Hysteria, Hynix, Wrench, Cannonball, Ironbone... prepare to accompany me to the Arctic Circle. The rest who weren't called, don't be disappointed; protecting the base is equally important!"

"Above all, you have one hour to replenish energy. Cannonball, we depart in an hour!"

"Yes, Commander-in-chief!"
