The eruption within the Arctic Circle, the battle between the Decepticons and the U.S. Military, had caught the attention of more and more nations.

Despite the United States and Great Canada's efforts to keep it under wraps, secrets were hard to come by in the age of the internet.

In the Earth's outer space orbit, there were numerous satellites from countries around the world. Moreover, this region had recently caught the attention of astronomical observatories from various nations due to a suspicious large-scale meteor rain.

During this battle, the U.S. Military had even deployed hundreds of Tomahawk cruise missiles simultaneously, making it difficult for the scattered spy satellites to go unnoticed.

Thanks to Polar Bear's keen attention, Sun Cheng also had access to very detailed first-hand data.

Inside Base Two, Sun Cheng looked at the images of the battle that had just been transmitted back from North Port, pondering the situation.

North Dovinskmilitary port had not been abandoned after his departure. On the contrary, it had thrived even more. This was because Polar Bear and a certain Far East country, with the support of several Old European countries and the gradually recovering military strength of the United States, had effectively squeezed out those who couldn't acquire more advanced equipment from the black market.

As compensation, and because Sun Cheng was deliberately controlling the balance of power between Polar Bear and the NATO Group, North Port had become more prosperous.

Almost every month, over a hundred thousand tons of various goods flowed in and out of North Port. If it weren't for the rigid system and efficiency within Polar Bear, coupled with the need for security on the part of Base Two, which had always used cargo submarines for transportation, the trade volume at North Port could easily have multiplied several times over.

A military meeting was quietly held in a conference room within Base Two.

This was also the first time a Major under Sun Cheng's command had attended. The number of attendees was not large, only him, Forerunner, Thunder, Accel, and Hysteria, all of whom were Elite Warriors except for Sun Cheng himself.

"Commander, do we need to intervene in the conflict between the Decepticons and Humans now?" Forerunner asked first after watching the images.

He had been in charge of Black Market for almost a year now. Dealing with the elites of various human countries, full of calculations and schemes, had accelerated his growth. His character had become more stable, and his overall perspective and awareness had significantly improved.

As a result, Forerunner did not support getting involved in the conflict between the Decepticons and Humans, as he knew very well that their strength was not sufficient for a direct confrontation with the Skytiger Legion.

And as for the United States, they only needed more lackeys.

Initially, Autobots had made many concessions to appease them, but in the end, they were taken advantage of relentlessly. It had come to a breaking point.

Sun Cheng smiled faintly, and Forerunner could guess that he was well aware of the United States' wariness towards him.

However, Sun Cheng didn't rush to make a decision. Instead, he softly ordered, "Huan, send over the latest intelligence."

"Of course, Your Excellency!" With the voice of the Central Main Control AI, the central part of the conference room immediately projected dozens of satellite photos and two different high-altitude images.

And in these satellite photos and images, there was no doubt that they were all Autobots.

Thunder, with sharp eyes, immediately recognized several familiar faces.

"Autobots are gathering..."

"Yes!" Sun Cheng nodded slightly. "It's no longer a secret that Autobots are in Africa. Even if those human nations haven't found New Iron Fortress City yet, they've almost certainly locked onto the general area. It's not surprising that Autobots are being photographed as they gather."

As he said, Autobots hiding in Africa had long ceased to be a secret.

They were prospecting all over Africa, believing they were doing it covertly. However, they hadn't taken direct control of some small nations and tribes in Africa, unlike Base Two, where they used humans to help conceal their activities.

So, in the past year, the skies over Africa, which had rarely been visited by satellites, had started to see a significant increase in satellite activity.

Autobots had collaborated with the United States before, and this was common knowledge.

Therefore, someone immediately raised suspicions, "With at least one Leader, four or five Elite Warriors, and a large number of high-ranking soldiers gathering, is Autobot preparing to go to the Arctic Circle to annihilate those Decepticons?"

Hysteria was the one speaking, and he was considered a veteran under Sun Cheng's command.

Not long ago, after Thundercracker was captured, his mechanical body underwent a series of repairs and adjustments. As a reward, Hysteria was given this new mechanical body.

Although Hysteria still needed some time to fully adapt to it, his combat power now exceeded that of a high-ranking warrior, and he was eligible to attend meetings. However, in terms of strategy and intelligence, he lagged behind Forerunner.

Thunder also picked up on something and took over from where Hysteria left off, somewhat uncertain, "Autobots shouldn't be cooperating with the United States again, right? They caused quite a commotion in the United States not even half a year ago over a few Autobot corpses!"

"It's not impossible," came the response. "After all, their Leader, Optimus Prime, has always had a soft spot for humans!"

Sun Cheng listened calmly to his subordinates' analyses and furrowed his brow slightly.

The majority of Decepticons found it difficult to comprehend Autobot thinking, which was one reason the civil war had lasted for millions of years.

Though Sun Cheng had only met with the new Autobot Leader, Optimus Prime, a few times, through various means, he had gained some insights into Optimus Prime's character.

The young Autobot Leader was undoubtedly a formidable warrior but clearly not a very adept Leader.

Sun Cheng had considered the possibility of Autobots teaming up with the United States again, but the thought didn't linger for long; he dismissed it.

In the past, to protect Starscream, Sun Cheng had launched a series of retaliatory actions against the Vehicons invading Terindad Island, focusing on dismantling the intelligence networks that the Skytiger Legion had built on Earth over the past century.

Most of them had been eradicated.

However, during this process, some humans who had previously cooperated with the Decepticons had switched to Base Two's intelligence network under the threat of death.

As a result, Sun Cheng now had more accurate and comprehensive intelligence on the United States than before, including the CIA and the Military.

So, Sun Cheng was well aware that the United States had not changed its hostile attitude toward the Autobots.

"It's probably Optimus Prime's decision. Perhaps he indeed intends to eliminate some Decepticons as much as possible before Shockwave's major forces arrive. But there may also be Optimus Prime's intention to use this opportunity to repair relations with the United States..." Rubbing his chin, Sun Cheng began to contemplate seriously.

As he thought, he considered whether he should also get involved.
