Sun Cheng arrived just in time. Four Decepticon engineers were making final adjustments to the body of a Decepticon lying on a massive metal platform at the center of Cultivation Center Four.

The Decepticon on the platform, Thundercracker, was no stranger to Sun Cheng. He was captured by the Forerunners a month ago during the latest invasion of Terindad Island.

After receiving news of another invasion on the Black Market, Sun Cheng personally spent some time on Terindad Island. He had anticipated that following this probe, the Decepticons would launch a series of more frequent onslaughts on the island. However, he was mistaken. After nearly a week, there was no further attack from the Decepticons.

Missing an opportunity for practice, Sun Cheng left the island, though somewhat regretfully. He felt assured leaving the still-crucial Black Market in the hands of the Forerunner, who had managed things well there.

Eventually, Sun Cheng returned to Base Two with several prisoners of war, including Thundercracker. Sun Cheng was familiar with him, having transported him back and also assimilated much of the Decepticon's memory data.

Like Elegy, Thundercracker was an ancient Decepticon born during the Council of Primes era. While Megatron, supported by Sentinel Prime, had just earned the right to enlist from his life as a gladiatorial slave, Thundercracker, of noble birth, was already an officer in the Cybertron guerrilla army along with Elegy.

In Soundwave's memories, Thundercracker, later a general in the Skytiger Legion's flying squad, was undoubtedly a quintessential Decepticon. His capricious nature made him less esteemed within the more pure Skytiger Legion compared to other flying generals.

Thundercracker could sheathe his weapons in the face of Autobot civilians and even allow Autobot warriors he found agreeable, like Drift and Bumblebee, to retreat safely. However, when required, he participated in the slaughter of civilians and attacks on Autobot medical centers and civilian facilities.

Therefore, Sun Cheng never considered persuading Thundercracker to defect from the beginning.

After Thundercracker was brought to Base Two, his brain was quickly removed. The Decepticon engineers then began mapping and modifying his mechanical body to better suit its future new owner.

Today marked the day this mechanical body would complete its final adjustments and welcome its new master.

"Don't mind me, continue your work," Sun Cheng said unobtrusively, nodding slightly in acknowledgement before standing aside to observe the engineers as they prepared to equip Hysteria with the new mechanical body.

Atlas and the others were only briefly delayed by his presence and quickly resumed their work.

The plan to equip Hysteria with a new mechanical body had been in place for a long time. Due to Hysteria's special relationship with Accel and Sun Cheng, both were considered as close confidants, just like Forerunner, Thunder, and Hynix.

With Forerunner and Thunder, his two most important forces, becoming Elite Warriors, and the resources and time required for Hynix's mechanical body replacement being too significant, prioritizing new mechanical bodies for Hysteria and Accel became an urgent matter.

Sun Cheng's gaze remained fixed on Atlas and his team. Beneath his calm exterior, a myriad of thoughts actively swirled in his mind.

The cultivation of an Elite Warrior is far more costly than nurturing an advanced warrior.

The consumption of resources is one thing; Sun Cheng and his forces can now afford to cultivate Elite Warriors.

However, the constraint of time is the most troublesome aspect.

Whether an Autobot or a Decepticon, the natural process of fostering an Elite Warrior could take hundreds, even thousands of years.

Cybertronians accumulate experience through relentless combat, gradually collecting various resources and energy. They continually strengthen and modify their mechanical bodies until they are ripe for advancement.

Of course, this evolutionary path applies mostly to ordinary Cybertronians.

Commanders and leaders from the Skytiger Legion and the Autobot faction, controlling the military and political power of both the Decepticons and the Autobots, inherently access more resources. Thus, their evolution is smoother and faster.

Based on Sun Cheng's assimilated memories from both the Decepticons and the Autobots, the Skytiger Legion, having gained the upper hand during the Civil War and eventually controlling the entire Cybertron Planet, has many ordinary commanders who are Elite Warriors.

In contrast, the Autobots fare worse, as evident from Optimus Prime. Even among his four closest aides, only Ironhide is an Elite Warrior, while Jazz, Ratchet, and Bumblebee, though high-level fighters, are not particularly strong.

The evolution of Cybertronians requires vast resources, with a significant demand for metal and energy. Without the backing of a powerful force, the time it takes for an individual to advance is much longer than those affiliated with the Skytiger Legion.

Even with the support of a force, reducing the time required is not easy.

Originally, to create his mechanical body, Sun Cheng nearly exhausted the entire strength of his forces, taking half a year to produce an advanced warrior's mechanical body. After numerous enhancements and modifications, he finally joined the ranks of the Elite Warriors.

As his forces grew, the challenge of cultivating an Elite Warrior remained significant.

Whether for Forerunner or Thunder, their mechanical bodies were crafted by Base Two focusing their efforts, still taking half a year to create two new mechanical bodies, despite having existing technology.

This is why Sun Cheng opts to adjust and modify the remains of existing Elite Warriors, rewarding them to his loyal subordinates.

Thundercracker, a major in the Skytiger Legion's flying squadron, had his mechanical body strengthened and modified several times. Although it doesn't match Astrotrain's body, it's much stronger than the new ones recently built by Base Two.

It's estimated that Hysteria, having switched to a new mechanical body, will need even more time and rigorous training to master it fully.

"With this, I'll have a third Elite Warrior under my command, and once Accel upgrades his mechanical body, there will be four..."

Recalling the information from Thundercracker's memories, Sun Cheng narrows his eyes slightly.
