Magnifier, having received Sun Cheng's praise, had an even more ferocious expression on his excited face.
He had noticed long ago that Decepticons, seemingly from birth, appeared more ferocious and fierce than Autobots.
For a while, Sun Cheng had contemplated establishing a project team to study this phenomenon.
But later, due to an overwhelming number of tasks and a lack of manpower, this idea gradually faded away.
"Perhaps the appearance of Decepticons and the inevitable nameplates they share with Autobots, are akin to the genetic issues of Humans on Earth, like the yellow, white, and black races."
After briefly interacting with Magnifier and offering him some advice and suggestions, Sun Cheng didn't stay long at the airstrip and soon left.
It was said that the armed transport ships were the least valuable in the upcoming projects, with much more impressive ones to follow.
The most satisfying achievement for Sun Cheng was undoubtedly the Mars base.
Although he had previously sent two batches of Decepticons there and purchased various minerals from Earth and the Real World in four batches, developing the Mars base was still a significant challenge.
The biggest problem was the lack of chemical fuels necessary for industrial development. At least until his second return from Mars, the base had sent out several mining expeditions but failed to find fossil fuels like coal or oil.
This dilemma was solved two months ago.
After more than half a year of relentless searching, the Mars base team not only found two reasonable uranium mines but also discovered rich Helium-3 in the soil near an impact crater.
Although it couldn't compare to the Helium-3 reserves on the Moon, it resolved the persistent energy issue at the Mars base.
The first small nuclear power plant was built and operational, with the second, third, and fourth already in construction and planning stages.
More and more underground ice lakes and rivers were discovered, solving the industrial water supply problem at the Mars base.
As of the last report from Mars fourteen days ago, they had begun to attempt cultivating Decepticon Engineers.
For Sun Cheng, there could be no better news.
Once the development of Mars started snowballing, the effects would be significant.
Perhaps one day in the future, when Sun Cheng's forces on Earth are uprooted by the Skytiger Legion, he might have to rely on the Mars base for a resurgence.
Of course, this was his most pessimistic assessment of the situation.
Given the complexity within the Skytiger Legion, Sun Cheng was confident that by demonstrating sufficient strength and resilience, he could be accepted again.
Don't think it's impossible. Since its formation, the Skytiger Legion has been a haven for ambitious schemers, with Starscream's repeated rebellions and subsequent pardons being prime examples.
However, Sun Cheng's situation was a bit more complicated. His threat to Megatron's authority and influence was too significant, although he hadn't greatly harmed the interests of the Skytiger Legion.
Given the tyrant's typical behavior, Sun Cheng's chances of being accepted again were very low.
But these were not his immediate concerns. Being accepted by the Skytiger Legion again would be more detrimental than beneficial to him.
The priority was to strengthen his own power and influence, which is the survival rule for Decepticons.
And among the upcoming achievements, although not as significant as the Mars base finally getting on track.
"Yet there were two projects that particularly amplified Sun Cheng's power.
The first was the successful cultivation of Vehicons, based on the prototype of Predacons--Ravage.
The second was that Sun Cheng's forces were about to gain two more Elite Warriors!
After leaving the hangar, he quickly headed to Cultivation Center Three.
Located over fifty kilometers from the central Control Center, Cultivation Center Three was built inside a mountain, difficult to destroy, for safety reasons.
Decepticon Engineers directed construction Robots to hollow out nearly all the solid mountainous areas within a hundred kilometers of Base Two, creating a network of hidden research centers, institutes, and critical factories within these mountains.
Upon Sun Cheng's arrival at Cultivation Center Three, a phantom Robot clone had been waiting for him.
'Commander, please follow me,' it said.
He nodded and followed the Robot clone of Base Two's Central Main Control AI--Phantom, into Cultivation Center Three.
Established before the encirclement and suppression of Soundwave, the center initially served as a research institute for Sun Cheng's Decepticon engineers to study Vehicon technology.
After collaborating with the Autobot to successfully encircle Soundwave on Terindad Island, Sun Cheng's engineers deemed Ravage, a fellow member of the [Cassette Legion], the most suitable prototype for Vehicon cultivation.
Ravage's remains were then brought here for extensive research until some engineers believed they had uncovered the secrets of Predacons--Ravage, marking the formal commencement of Vehicon cultivation.
Guided by the phantom Robot clone, Sun Cheng passed through several checks and entered the cultivation center.
As an important research facility within the base, a senior warrior was stationed here.
Upon seeing Sun Cheng, Hysteria promptly approached and saluted respectfully, 'Commander, welcome to the inspection of Cultivation Center Three.'
He nodded slightly, passed through the alloy doors where Hysteria was stationed, and soon observed numerous Decepticon Engineers and technicians, even a few working diligently in the vast research lab of the cultivation center.
The center resembled a genetic cultivation bank on Earth, with Sun Cheng noticing numerous huge cylindrical cultivation tanks, each three meters tall and about five meters in diameter, densely occupying nearly half of the center.
He scanned the area, counting forty cultivation tanks in total.
Each tank currently contained a Ravage, suspended in a specially formulated energy liquid.
Sun Cheng inspected closely and saw that six of the tanks were nearing the completion of their cultivation, with their Ravages resembling over eighty percent of the one he had previously encountered.
In other tanks, some Ravages were only the size of puppies, obviously in the earliest stages of cultivation.
Others were already comparable to Earth's jackals, indicating some time in cultivation, but still a while away from reaching the full maturity of over three meters in length and nearly one and a half meters in height.
This was unsurprising, as the Ravage chosen by Sun Cheng's engineers as the prototype for Vehicons was a Predacon of strength comparable to elite warriors.
The resources required to cultivate an elite warrior from scratch were considerable."
