"Starscream needs my help?"

Sun Cheng quickly realized the situation, a cold smile forming on his lips as he looked down at Chameleon.

Within the Skytiger Legion, there were rebels aplenty, and conspirators ran rampant.

But when it came to ranking the giants, Megatron, Shockwave, Starscream, and Soundwave were the undisputed top four.

These four Decepticons held control over more than ninety percent of the Skytiger Legion's forces, research, and intelligence personnel. Even Soundwave, who was relatively weaker in terms of power and influence, would find it impossible to escape if he decided to go against Starscream's plans.

This was the reason why Starscream had previously joined forces with Sun Cheng and had even pulled the Autobots into the fray, all to target Soundwave.

Starscream's cunning surpassed even that of Soundwave. He was the chief scientist within the Skytiger Legion and, after the second rebellion failed, he had been stripped of his military position by Megatron and sent to cultivate Vehicons for the Legion.

But for a schemer as ambitious as Starscream, a military position appointed by Megatron was nothing more than toilet paper, to be used when needed and discarded when not.

Since the second rebellion's failure, Starscream had been dedicated to the task of cultivating Vehicons for the Skytiger Legion. During this time, he had not shown any overt resistance against Megatron, though there were still many covert actions taking place.

The reappearance of Spider's Web was the most significant proof of this.

Despite Starscream's nauseating flattery, it never earned him Megatron's trust. However, the arrogant tyrant didn't care about his loyalty. Megatron needed forces that could strengthen the Skytiger Legion or make him more powerful.

Clearly, Starscream possessed various technologies that were high on his list of requirements.

So, even after two attempts to rebel against Megatron, he had managed to survive and accumulate more cards in his hand.

As for Moon, Sun Cheng was not daring enough to venture there.

Starscream had been operating on the Moon for over a century, and who knew how many Vehicons he had secretly cultivated. Sun Cheng even suspected that Starscream might have built a private army, preparing for another rebellion against Megatron and a bid for control over the Skytiger Legion.

Therefore, even with Optimus Prime leading the Autobots who had already arrived on Earth, launching a full-scale war against Moon, Sun Cheng didn't believe that Starscream would easily back down.

He couldn't forget that Starscream still held the trump card of Hercules.

Chameleon twisted his body slightly and continued to emit that easily translated hissing sound.

"If Optimus Prime personally leads the Autobot Major and the Aerialbots are also involved, the pressure on our master is immense. Lord Frenzy, we hope you can lend your assistance."

Chameleon's words made Sun Cheng's fingers instinctively tap lightly on his seat.

Not long ago, Base Two's reconnaissance had detected a few Autobots landing on Earth, and he had already been suspicious of their identities. Now, Chameleon had confirmed Sun Cheng's suspicions.

The Autobots who had recently arrived on Earth were none other than the Aerialbots, one of the most critical combat forces in the Autobot faction.

"If Optimus Prime is leading the Autobot Major, and the Aerialbots are involved, then Starscream on the Moon might indeed feel overwhelmed and seek my help. It all makes sense now!" Sun Cheng thought as numerous thoughts raced through his mind, and he believed he had a vague understanding of some of Starscream's intentions.

"Starscream wants my assistance, but why would he need my power... You arrived in the Solar System at least a century ahead of us. I believe that the situation on the Moon right now is far from one-sided. Tell me, what are his true intentions, and what price does he intend to pay to involve me in this?"

Sun Cheng didn't trust Starscream, and his caution surpassed even that towards the Autobots. He had no desire to get entangled in the battles between the Autobot and Decepticon factions. However, this didn't prevent him from using negotiations as an opportunity to gauge the current situation on the Moon and to understand Starscream's true motives.

Unfortunately, he was about to be disappointed.

"Fifty Energon Cubes, pay twenty upfront! Heh..."

Rising abruptly, Sun Cheng seized Chameleon and crushed it without hesitation.

Trying to involve him with a mere twenty Energon Cubes was a futile effort. While Sun Cheng acknowledged that his Decepticon engineers had yet to master the technology to produce Energon Cubes, it didn't mean he would backstab the Autobots for such a paltry amount.

He discarded Chameleon's lifeless remains as if they were trash and, after a moment of contemplation, immediately contacted Thunder.

"Thunder, return to Base Two immediately. Supervise Atlas and his team in constructing several Lunar Satellites and launch them into lunar orbit within a day. I need real-time monitoring data from the Moon right now!"

"Yes, Master!"

Thunder responded within the communication channel, and his electromagnetic spectrum soon vanished from Sun Cheng's detection.

After completing these tasks, Sun Cheng returned to the metallic chair in the meeting room, suitable for Decepticons like them. His fingers lightly tapped on the metal armrest as he pondered the situation.

The Autobots had suddenly gathered their main combat forces and had reached the Moon. Starscream's contact was straightforward. They had probably detected the Autobots' establishment of a New Base on Earth and were attempting to win him over to attack the Autobots' New Base.

Among the Autobots who had joined Optimus Prime on Earth, over half were civilians not skilled in combat. If Sun Cheng were to launch an attack on the Autobots' New Base, the outcome was evident. The new Iron Fortress city couldn't withstand his assault, and many Autobot civilians would be killed. Enraged, Optimus Prime would undoubtedly lead the Major back to Earth.

It was an excellent plan that could achieve multiple goals: it would damage Sun Cheng's relationship with the Autobots, force Optimus Prime and his forces to withdraw, and redirect the Autobots' anger toward him.

However, Starscream's offered chips were too meager.

"Unless Starscream is willing to take the risk of thoroughly angering Megatron and use all the Energon Cubes obtained from the crashed Sentinel Prime's spaceship as bargaining chips, he won't be able to sway me!"

Fifty Energon Cubes were insignificant for Sun Cheng's growing influence. If it weren't for the fact that his Decepticon engineers still hadn't mastered the technology to produce Energon Cubes, he could easily manufacture over a hundred in a short amount of time using his access to high-purity energy liquid to expand the Spherical Space inside his body.

"But it seems Starscream can't offer any more chips to sway me at the moment... Has Megatron's consciousness awakened? Or has Shockwave's vanguard arrived?"

Unable to resist, Sun Cheng looked up at the ceiling, though his gaze seemed to penetrate through the obstacles, landing on the Moon tens of thousands of kilometers away. There, he wondered how the Autobots and Decepticons were faring in their current battle.
