Terindad Island was not particularly large, and its western region was characterized by rugged hills and valleys, making development quite challenging.

Furthermore, the secondary base was located there, so during Forerunner's tenure overseeing Terindad Island, they had not extended their development efforts to that area.

Currently, the total developed area of the island was at most four to five square kilometers, not particularly extensive. The presence of over a thousand humans gathered within this region did not surprise anyone, especially given that Sun Cheng, accompanied by Forerunner, was conducting inspections on the island.

Even Sun Cheng himself had been pondering whether someone would attempt to bypass them and intercept him.

He hadn't expected his suspicions to materialize so quickly, and to his astonishment, the person intercepting him was someone he recognized – Dylan Good, the current wealthiest individual in the United States and arguably the world.

As Sun Cheng's gaze fell upon the middle-aged Caucasian man, who had blocked his path with several men in black attire resembling bodyguards, all of Dylan Good's information immediately surfaced in Sun Cheng's Core.

Nearly half a year ago, he had stumbled upon several Decepticons on a cargo ship named the "Windsor's Wife." Suspicion led Sun Cheng to investigate further, eventually not only disrupting the Decepticons but also uncovering their plot to sneak into the Mariana Trench under the cover of the cargo ship, with the intention of aiding Megatron, the commander of the Awakening Skytiger Legion.

It was during this investigation that Sun Cheng had also uncovered the true owner hidden behind the scenes of the "Windsor's Wife" cargo ship – Dylan Good. Dylan was likely a spy developed by the Decepticons, much like Yuri and others under Sun Cheng's command, who were the white gloves that the Decepticons manipulated from the shadows onto the world stage.

"Why is this guy appearing on Terindad Island?" Sun Cheng calmly inquired through the communication channel to Forerunner. The operation in which he had discovered Dylan Good was one that he had participated in alongside Forerunner. Although they had not been together throughout the entire mission, the investigation reports regarding the potential special relationship between Dylan Good and the Decepticons had long been part of the public intelligence within Base Two.

So, Forerunner was well aware of this situation.

After months of experience, Forerunner had become more politically astute. In an instant, he understood Sun Cheng's implication. His expression remained unchanged, but he responded through the channel, "Discovering black markets within Earth's scope is not limited to just a few human countries; there are also multinational corporate giants with significant influence and regional powers involved. Dylan Good is one of the multinational corporate giants who applied for island access. He previously spent $137 million in Black Market currency to acquire two sets of equipment."

"In the past few months, Dylan Good has frequently visited the island. He has never initiated contact with me, but since he has consistently complied with the Black Market's regulations by paying the required assets, I have not taken any actions to drive him away."

Sun Cheng understood that this man had come for him.

Though this exchange seemed lengthy, it had occurred in less than twenty seconds, leaving no room for anyone to sense any irregularities.

"Mr. Dylan Good, isn't it?" Sun Cheng spoke slowly, as if he had just become aware of his presence. "Please forgive my bluntness, even if you are here to negotiate on behalf of the United States. Based on your country's previous actions, I would still exercise caution in engaging in any discussions with you."

While he suspected that the Skytiger Legion might be lurking behind Dylan Good, he did not openly state it. The current situation on Earth had become increasingly chaotic, and everyone wanted to have a few cards up their sleeves to increase their chances in case conflicts escalated.

Dylan Good opened his mouth, glancing nervously around. His expression quickly soured because Sun Cheng and his team had an exceptionally high level of discernment. As he stood in front of these mechanical giants, the surrounding humans who had entertained similar thoughts also focused some of their attention on him.

Inwardly, Dylan Good lamented his predicament. His discomfort extended beyond the scrutiny of Sun Cheng's group. The luxurious, seemingly custom-made arm on his left wrist felt like a vice, squeezing tightly, causing the once-comfortable billionaire to wince in pain.

"Your Excellency..." Beads of sweat formed on Dylan Good's forehead, rolling down continuously as he tried to suppress the pain. "Grant me one minute of private time, and I assure you, you won't regret it!"

With that, he subtly shook his left hand, catching Sun Cheng's eye on his wristwatch for a brief moment. It wasn't until Dylan Good's face turned pallid from the pain that he finally spoke, slowly, "Very well. Forerunner, arrange a meeting room. I'll give you one minute of private time."

The wristwatch worn by Dylan Good was a Decepticon device known for its exceptional ability to conceal itself. Ordinary Autobots or even Decepticons would likely have been fooled by it. However, Sun Cheng was an exception. He had taken possession of Frenzy's Body, originating from the Skytiger Legion's intelligence organization known as the Cassette Legion.

It wasn't until this moment that he finally confirmed the identity of the Decepticon hiding behind Dylan Good.

"Starscream, huh? He's inescapable."

After agreeing to the private meeting with Dylan Good, Sun Cheng paid no more attention to the super-wealthy man, who had an excited expression despite his spasming left hand, and proceeded to the meeting room arranged by Forerunner.

If Soundwave's memory data was accurate, the wristwatch worn by Dylan Good housed a Mini Decepticon named Chameleon. Chameleon was a member of the intelligence organization Spider's Web, secretly developed by Starscream.

Speaking of Starscream's Spider's Web, it was a well-kept secret that very few Autobots knew about, and even within the Skytiger Legion, only a handful had heard of its existence.

Frenzy, a member of the Cassette Legion originating from Soundwave, was unaware of it. However, their leader, Soundwave, was well-informed.

Sun Cheng had found information about Chameleon and the Spider's Web in Soundwave's memory data. It had all started during Starscream's first open rebellion against Megatron, a rebellion that nearly overturned the Decepticon commander's rear lines but was ultimately quelled by Soundwave.

During his brief captivity, Starscream, the stubborn visionary who believed he was the only way out for the Skytiger Legion, continually reflected on the reasons for his failed uprising. He held a deep grudge against Soundwave and his Cassette Legion for discovering his rebellion's threads just in time.

Recognizing this, Starscream concluded that to exact his revenge on Soundwave, he needed to control his own intelligence agency. Spider's Web was formed discreetly after Starscream had kneeled and obtained Megatron's forgiveness.

This secretive intelligence organization remained largely unknown for a straightforward reason—Soundwave and his First Generation Cassette Legion had eradicated Spider's Web.
