Mora was the First Generation humanoid Decepticon nurtured by Base Two. Due to the immature technology of that time, his skin needed to be disguised with imported artificial skin and hair from Europe.

However, even with these imperfections, they couldn't hide the contributions made by Mora and other First Generation humanoid Decepticons representing him.

Currently, there were about sixty to seventy of these humanoid Decepticons hidden within the borders of South American countries, with another twenty to thirty in the United States and Russia combined.

Thanks to them, Base Two not only found it easier to gather intelligence from within human nations but also played a significant role in maintaining control and stability in the region.

That's why Sun Cheng had decided to keep Mora separate. Unlike Adam and others destined to pursue the technological path, Mora was more likely to choose the path of a warrior.

As for the path to becoming a warrior, they were planning to refine it further.

Figures like Sun Cheng, Forerunner, Thunder, Swindle, Accel, Hysteria, Dust Up, and so on would continue to enhance their combat abilities, following a more standard warrior's path.

First, they had become accustomed to the ways of warriors, and second, Base Two genuinely needed to quickly nurture a batch of top-level combatants to serve as a warning to those with ill intentions. They were not to be trifled with.

However, there was a special kind of warrior that both Sun Cheng and Base Two needed – spies.

Whether it was Soundwave under the Skytiger Legion or the Cassette Legion, or Autobots like Prowl and Bumblebee, a single command from their leaders could swiftly acquire the information that Megatron and Optimus Prime wanted to know.

Not long ago, although Sun Cheng, with the help of Starscream and the Autobots, had dealt with some members of Soundwave and the Cassette Legion, he couldn't be certain whether Soundwave had left behind other contingencies.

As one of the giants in the Skytiger Legion, Sun Cheng still couldn't quite believe he had managed to eliminate Soundwave.

Atlas and his team were still digesting and analyzing the new promotion system. What changes could it bring for them?

But for now, Mora, a simple foot soldier, didn't ponder so deeply. He was more concerned about what kind of evolution his master would grant him by keeping him here.

Sun Cheng, who had been momentarily distracted by thoughts of Soundwave, refocused his attention when he felt the burning gaze.

Looking at Mora, he calmly spoke, "Mora, as a First Generation humanoid Decepticon nurtured by Base Two, I have a suggestion for you if you're willing to hear it."

His tone was calm, devoid of any ripples, yet Mora excitedly bowed and even drew the attention of the other Decepticons who had been lost in thought.

"Master, please give your command directly!"

Sun Cheng only smiled faintly; he had no intention of forcing Mora's choice. Becoming stronger and evolving were deeply ingrained in the genes of every Decepticon. For this, countless Decepticons willingly joined programs with mortality rates higher than even the war, like Shockwave's Triple Changers.

And even if Mora chose not to become a spy, it wouldn't matter. Base Two already had nearly a hundred humanoid Decepticons, and there would always be volunteers among them.

In the end, this opportunity for self-choice was nothing more than Sun Cheng's way of rewarding Mora for his diligent work in the Bo Nation over the past six months.

"You engineers can choose to advance through the technical path or the warrior's path."

"Within the warrior's path, there are two subdivisions: warriors and spies."

"Spies may be slightly weaker in combat, but they will be heavily reinforced in abilities such as transformation, stealth, and intelligence gathering."

"I understand that most of you engineers aspire to become warriors, but Base Two currently needs some spies as well."

"Of course, I won't force you to make a choice—whether to become a warrior or a spy—the decision rests in your own hands..."

After saying this, Sun Cheng paid no further attention to Mora, who was lost in thought about his options.

Turning to Atlas, his voice took on a more serious tone.

"Atlas, how are you progressing with Forerunner and Thunder's new mechanical bodies, as well as Hynix's enhancement plan?"

Regarding his own new mechanical body, Sun Cheng's sights were set squarely on the Leader. Because of the high demands, from design to construction, it would take time—conservatively estimating at least a year or possibly even longer. During this waiting period, both he and Base Two couldn't afford to stand still.

So, Sun Cheng intended to upgrade his subordinates first. Forerunner, Thunder, and Hynix were the three Decepticons under his command considered to be the top-tier combatants.

In terms of loyalty, these three Decepticons were currently the ones Sun Cheng trusted the most, and therefore, they needed priority strengthening to become formidable on their own.

Forerunner and Thunder's new mechanical bodies would directly adopt the design blueprint of Sun Cheng's current mechanical body, with slight modifications for ease of manufacturing. This would save a considerable amount of time.

Hynix, being relatively new, didn't need to change his mechanical body just yet. His enhancement plan mainly focused on improvements and upgrades to his existing mechanical body, addressing its shortcomings.

Moreover, the design of his new mechanical body was a significant undertaking. While Hynix might not be Devastator, the destructive power of such a massive Decepticon was not to be underestimated.

It was said that Shockwave, the Chief Scientist of the Skytiger Legion, had been inspired to develop the technology to create Devastator by the immense destructive force of the Giant Fierce Beasts, which were monstrous behemoths that inhabited the harshest regions of Cybertron Planet.

Legends had it that they were descendants of Onyx Prime, one of the Cybertron Thirteen Primes, or that they were evil creations of the Five-Faced Monster.

Unlike the generally smaller Predacons, the Giant Fierce Beasts were colossal, akin to the ancient Earth Dinosaurs.

Within the Cybertronian Council of Primes-era archives, there were records of the Giant Fierce Beasts wreaking havoc on Cybertronians during ancient times, destroying encampments, cities, and even terrifying legends of the behemoths feasting on Cybertronians.

Although these terrifying monsters had been largely hunted down by the Cybertronian military as technology advanced, before the revolution erupted, any remaining stragglers were driven to more remote, desolate, and treacherous lands.

However, due to their history as fearsome behemoths that had once brought endless dread to the Cybertronians, the immense destructive power of the Giant Fierce Beasts inspired scientists like Shockwave and ultimately led to the creation of the terrifying war behemoth, Devastator, by both the Decepticons and the Autobots at different times.

Just as Atlas was about to answer, Mora, as if finally having made a decision, spoke up and interrupted him.

"Master, I choose to become a spy!"

Sun Cheng turned to look at him, a smile spreading across his face. "Are you sure?"

"I'm sure!" Mora replied with unwavering determination.

Sun Cheng nodded in approval with a smile. "Very well!"

Perhaps the future head of their intelligence department had just been appointed!
