Perhaps due to the excitement of his recent birth, Hynix spent quite some time venting his energy before gradually calming down.

"Hynix..."

Sun Cheng called out loudly, capturing Hynix's attention.

Unconscious Decepticons created by the All Spark were often devoid of reason. Therefore, when Base Two used All Spark fragments to nurture new Decepticons, they always included a Core with vast amounts of information and control measures.

Sometimes, Sun Cheng would conduct experiments like adding false memories to the Core to increase the new Decepticon's respect and trust in him.

Hynix was no exception, but because his transformation from the All Spark fragment was hasty, there was very little and incomplete false memory information about him. Even the Core inside him, which was meant for processing information, had been hastily constructed.

So, Sun Cheng had no idea how intelligent his newly created subordinate was. Hynix appeared rather simple-minded, which wasn't surprising.

Scratching his head, Hynix lowered his gaze to Sun Cheng, as if pondering. It took him a while to recognize him.

"Leader..."

His voice was dull and wooden, which Sun Cheng understood.

The intelligence of mechanical lifeforms is formed through experiences and accumulated knowledge. While Hynix's memory chips contained some data, it mostly consisted of combat-related knowledge. Moreover, his Core was a basic system manufactured for ordinary Decepticon warriors. This system was primarily designed for analyzing and processing combat data, which was why most of Starscream's cannon fodder warriors created using it appeared unintelligent.

Furthermore, Hynix's combat system was much more complex than that of a typical Decepticon, making him appear somewhat clumsy and dim-witted.

"When we have the time, I'll upgrade you properly!" Sun Cheng said, walking up to Hynix and patting his massive thigh while checking his information.

【Hynix: Advanced Warrior.】

【Main Armor Material: Special Steel/Alloy.】

【Core: lv3 Standard Warrior Processing System.】

【Artificial Spark: 172,300/172,300.】

【Height: 32.15 meters.】

【Weight: 942.7 tons (unladen).】

【Auxiliary Power: 50,000/50,000.】

【Equipment: 130mm Caliber Naval Gun1, Vertical Missile Launch Systems2, Enhanced Special Band Reconnaissance Radar1, Dual-Edged Ship-Cutting Sword1, Stealth Unmanned Reconnaissance Drones*4.】

【Status: Good!】

Impressive, indeed. This Decepticon, transformed using an entire fragment of the All Spark, was a formidable creation. While Sun Cheng had some expectations, seeing Hynix's data revealed his true power. Though he might not be as physically imposing as combiners like Hercules or Devastator, and even a skilled warrior with a more robust mechanical body could potentially defeat him, Hynix's weapon systems were terrifying. In his warship form, he could unleash enough firepower to severely damage an entire Decepticon or Autobot squad.

Moreover, the specialized band reconnaissance radar system, originally installed on the warship, had received an unexpected boost from the All Spark fragment.

"This guy might become a formidable weapon on the battlefield!"

With this thought, Sun Cheng couldn't help but be eager to test Hynix's capabilities.

He spoke up, "You've just awakened, and this place might be too cramped for you. Do you want to go outside and stretch your legs a bit?"

The Arctic Ocean had many uninhabited islands due to its harsh climate. Even the Russians, who were accustomed to polar conditions, rarely lived on these islands.

Hynix nodded enthusiastically, his voice sounding somewhat simple compared to his massive stature, creating an odd contrast.

Hephaestus and the others found it peculiar and couldn't help but suppress their laughter.

Sun Cheng, on the other hand, didn't show any reaction. Right now, he needed a powerhouse like Hynix with unmatched combat capabilities. Furthermore, after this busy period, he planned to upgrade Hynix with a more potent Core, which would likely eliminate his current simple-mindedness.

The military port had already been sealed off in advance. Although Sun Cheng and his team were aware that some remaining Russians were monitoring the area, he wasn't afraid of Moscow's intentions becoming more significant.

The worst-case scenario would be abandoning this nearly empty place.

Hynix, towering at over thirty meters, followed Sun Cheng as they walked out of the indoor shipyard.

In front of the shipyard was a pool, and beyond that lay the military port.

The seabed within the dock had been cleared. Even though the water was shallow, it could accommodate vessels as large as cargo ships of several meters in draft.

"We will test your weapon systems on this island. Now, transform back into your warship form."

Hynix nodded and leaped into the military port over the pool. With a resounding roar, the once-calm water's surface turned turbulent, as if some deep-sea monster were emerging from the seabed.

A continuous stream of azure electric arcs radiated from his shoulders and head above the water's surface. Along with increasingly powerful waves, a massive warship that had undergone significant changes from the 22350-class frigate burst forth from the depths.

Several whirlpools formed around the ship, but none of them affected the warship.

Sun Cheng grabbed Hephaestus, jumped onto the transformed Hynix's warship form, and landed on the compartment used for launching unmanned reconnaissance drones.

"Set sail!"

At his command, Hynix emitted a buzzing horn sound and started to move slowly out of the military port. Once he cleared the port, his speed began to increase rapidly.

Ten knots, fifteen knots, twenty knots, twenty-five knots...

He continued to accelerate until he reached a speed of sixty-five knots, at which point his velocity no longer increased.

"Hynix, is this your maximum speed?" Sun Cheng asked.

Hynix didn't respond immediately, but his speed increased once again, reaching about ninety knots before dropping back to around sixty knots.

"Too fast... consumes... a lot..." Hynix finally spoke.

Sun Cheng understood his meaning.
