"Decepticon spotted?"

When Arcee's warning came from several kilometers away, the convoy led by Optimus Prime reacted swiftly.

"All Autobots, prepare for battle! Bumblebee, you're responsible for protecting Sam and Michaela!"

The convoy continued its journey along the desert road, seemingly unchanged. However, the entire team was prepared, ready to transform into combat mode at a moment's notice upon detecting an enemy.

They didn't have to wait long. Arcee had just rejoined them when Optimus Prime sensed that something was amiss.

"Prepare for battle!"

In the distance, they spotted a convoy composed entirely of various construction vehicles approaching from the other side of the desert road.

"Digger Tiger!"

Optimus Prime and many Autobots quickly identified the Decepticons responsible for the impending attack when they saw this dispersed convoy. It consisted of six Decepticons: Scrapper, Hook, Mixmaster, Scrapper (yes, there were two of them), Long Haul, and Drawer. They were the most renowned replication squad under the Skytiger Legion—the Digger Tiger.

Upon discovering the Decepticon threat, Optimus Prime felt a sense of trouble.

The Digger Tiger squad had undergone Skytiger Legion's combination technology modification. Once the six members of the team got close enough to each other, they would be attracted by a certain mechanism and transform into the gigantic combined Decepticon—Hercules.

Hercules was undoubtedly a formidable war machine. It possessed a massive mechanical body and terrifying strength. In the past, during the Cybertron civil war, it had secured victory for the Skytiger Legion on more than one occasion.

Fighting against such a giant combined Decepticon would be a formidable challenge for even Autobot commanders. Only Optimus Prime, a Leader-class super warrior, could withstand Hercules. But due to the vast power disparity, Optimus Prime could only rely on his agility and weapons to engage in a prolonged battle while waiting for his Spark's energy to run out.

To deal with such a colossal combined Decepticon, apart from assembling a powerful force, Autobot's own combiner warriors were the most suitable.

It wasn't just about strength; it was about destructive power.

Although Digger Tiger's six members hadn't transformed yet, they were clearly seen from afar by Optimus Prime and the others. Brilliant blue arcs continuously leaped and crackled around these six Decepticons, creating an electrifying spectacle.

"We must prevent them from combining!"

Once Digger Tiger transformed into Hercules, even if all the Autobots attacked together, it would be challenging to defeat Hercules quickly. Optimus Prime suspected that these Decepticons were just the vanguard, and more Decepticons were likely gathering behind them. If they were delayed and the Skytiger Legion's Major arrived, it would be troublesome. At that point, Optimus Prime might be able to retreat, but it was uncertain what would happen to the team members who had come with him to search for the Leadership Module.

With this thought in mind, he leaped into the air, transforming into his combat mode mid-air, and swiftly drew his weapon, aiming it at Scrapper, who was leading the convoy.

"End the battle quickly!"

Optimus Prime's deep voice resonated in the ears of all the Autobots in the convoy. He sprinted ahead, charging toward the Trencher Team.

For him, a few hundred meters were no obstacle for his laser cannon.

However, Scrapper quickly evaded the laser fire by nimbly turning his vehicle and driving into a sandy area beside the desert road. He successfully dodged the attack.

Then, as Scrapper rolled over the sandy ground, he completed his transformation and, in a raspy voice, roared, "Digger Tiger, attack!"

Hook, Mixmaster, Scrapper, Long Haul, and Drawer all swiftly transformed and brandished their weapons as they ran toward Optimus Prime's team. Simultaneously, they launched grenades at the Autobots.

"Drift!"

Optimus Prime suddenly yelled, and the navy blue Bugatti Veyron Super Sport behind him responded, swiftly veering off the desert road and heading towards a small sand dune. With incredible speed, it rushed into the air and transformed into an armed helicopter resembling the United States' AH-1 "Cobra."

From a height of hundreds of meters, a barrage of rockets continuously shot from the helicopter's two rocket launchers toward the six Digger Tiger warriors on the ground.

Drift, a Triple Changer, was a rare Autobot elite warrior capable of adopting multiple transformation modes. His strength was on par with, if not greater than, some Autobot and Decepticon commanders. Even Ironhide, a weapons expert, would find it challenging to overpower this formidable Triple Changer in a firepower contest. That's why Optimus Prime had brought him along.

Countless rockets shot from the armed helicopter, quickly causing injuries among the Digger Tiger members.

"Prepare to combine!"

Seeing the situation turning unfavorable, Scrapper, despite knowing that victory would be fleeting once they combined, couldn't resist the madness unique to replication warriors. He roared out the command as the leader of Digger Tiger.

Digger Tiger's team members, including Scrapper, quickly closed in on him, ready to merge into the giant combined Decepticon—Hercules.

"Too late!"

Arcee had retreated a distance, escaping the electromagnetic coverage area.

"Prepare, Autobots, for a fierce battle ahead!"

Protected by the massive electromagnetic field, the six members of Digger Tiger rapidly approached each other and began fusing into one colossal mechanical warrior, right before the eyes of Optimus Prime's team.

"Hercules, attack!"

After completing their combined transformation, the gigantic combined Decepticon—Hercules—let out a resounding roar, bent forward, and swung a punch at Optimus Prime, who was barely the height of its thigh.

Optimus Prime's expression changed, and he rolled away to put some distance between them.

The piece of desert road where he had just stood immediately cracked, and on the thick sand road, a massive fissure appeared, covering an area of nearly ten square meters.

"Keep your distance, don't get close! All Autobots, be cautious not to be hit. Focus your ranged attacks on its legs! End the battle quickly!"

With Optimus Prime's command, the battle between the Autobots and Hercules began.
