[ShaneFreak: I searched and found Scalpel is also known as Doctor, they are being used interchangeably in the following chapters.]

Upon learning that the Scalpel's corpse had been successfully delivered to Base Two by the infiltrators, Sun Cheng finally relaxed his guard.

"We've made a profit!"

He knew that this risk-free deal was definitely profitable, and it might even bring in a substantial sum.

Sun Cheng's technical team, initially composed of about twenty engineers who had come from attacks, was the reason he had given them higher positions and authority.

Although they actively digested various technologies related to Cybertron Planet from the memory chips, obtained some Decepticon and Autobots corpses from the Hunter Civilization's spaceship for knowledge acquisition, and even absorbed various technologies from Earth on a large scale, their shortcomings were still evident. While Base Two was not exactly starting from scratch, its technological content was far superior to that of the countries on Earth.

However, when comparing Sun Cheng's power with Autobots and the Skytiger Legion, there was simply no comparison. They were not even on the same level.

Nevertheless, Sun Cheng had his advantages. His biggest advantage was that while Autobots and Skytiger Legion were still battling it out on Earth, he had quietly established a vast territory in South America.

Do not underestimate this advantage, even though it had been an accidental development.

As they learned more and more, Sun Cheng gradually realized that his decision to abandon Base One located within the United States and establish Base Two in South America was indeed a clever move.

Before anyone had noticed, he and his Base Two had undergone rapid growth on Earth.

While Autobots and Skytiger Legion needed to transport resources and energy cubes from other planets, Sun Cheng's Base Two had already filled its warehouses due to the technological limitations.

This single advantage increased his chances of success by ten percent when facing Autobots and the Skytiger Legion.

Well, the original chance of success was zero.

The engineers needed time to digest the technology from the Scalpel's memory chip and convert it into practical knowledge.

Therefore, after knowing that the Scalpel's corpse had safely arrived at Base Two, Sun Cheng shifted his attention back to Africa.

He had set the stage, and now he was waiting for the actors to arrive so the show could begin.

Prowl's arrival had been captured by a Russian satellite. After all, in the impoverished and chaotic territory of Sori, a clean and cool United States-style black and white Prowl was too easy to identify.

Sun Cheng did not meet with Prowl; he quietly left the "warehouse" after discovering that Prowl had already appeared in Sori's territory and rushed to another temporary base prepared by Forerunner within Africa.

So when Prowl cautiously arrived at the coordinates, what he saw was an unguarded, spacious underground structure.

Moreover, in one corner of the underground structure, various supplies were piled up.

A day later, when Optimus Prime arrived with a few Autobots, everyone fell silent as they looked at the supplies in the warehouse.

"So, are Frenzy and his group here to ally with us in good faith?" Arcee asked.

Ironhide, after inspecting the warehouse in silence for a long time, reluctantly admitted, "I didn't find any issues."

He had only come here with Prowl after receiving his report. Unfortunately, due to injuries sustained in a recent battle with the Decepticons, he had not yet fully repaired his mechanical body, primarily because of the shortage of resources.

So Optimus Prime brought him here primarily to obtain supplies for his recovery from injuries.

The newcomer Autobot, Dash, who had recently arrived on Earth, roamed the warehouse with great interest. He remained in his non-combat form and after zooming around the warehouse for several laps, he approached Optimus Prime and the others, transforming into his combat form.

"This place is nice, I like it!" Dash exclaimed happily. "Compared to that warehouse we were kept in on the island, this place has more space!"

Dash was a highly intelligent guy, and although many Autobots knew he was unreliable, he always seemed to keenly grasp the root of the problem.

Though Dash had only arrived on Earth not long ago, he had clearly noticed the dirty dealings between the Autobots and the United States Government.

Every Autobot that came to Earth was required to report to the United States Government. At the same time, they were also required not to leave Sound Nest headquarters on Diego Garcia Island except during necessary battles.

Although the latter requirement was largely ignored by the Autobots.

Dash's words left all the Autobots in the warehouse silent.

Optimus Prime didn't speak either; he was waiting for Ratchet and Alita to tally the supplies.

He didn't have to wait long before he saw Ratchet walking over with a smile.

Seeing Optimus Prime looking at him, Ratchet nodded before speaking, "Frenzy appears to have come with sincerity. The supplies here are enough for us to engage in three or four small-scale battles against the Decepticons."

Alita also approached, her voice gentle but filled with doubt. "It's hard to imagine how they obtained these resources. If they forced Humans into slavery, why haven't we received any news about it?"

Optimus Prime turned his gaze to Prowl, who answered, "Based on the intelligence I've gathered in recent times, Frenzy's group of Decepticons has murky connections with several Human countries. They seem to be using our Cybertron Planet technology to exchange various resources with Humans."

"They're disrupting the balance on Earth!" Ironhide interjected without hesitation.

Prowl looked at him but didn't interrupt.

"You may continue," Optimus Prime said, knowing that Ironhide had had a few run-ins with Frenzy in the past, but he didn't hold any grudges.

"Yes," Prowl organized his thoughts and continued, "In addition to that, Frenzy's group should have already established their own territory on Earth. I suspect it's in the South America region."

As an intelligence expert among the Autobots, unlike Bumblebee, who had been assigned to protect Sam, Prowl had taken on the role of collecting intelligence for the Autobots since arriving on Earth. He had done quite well in the past period, tracking Decepticons, with his footsteps almost covering all five continents.

In other regions, it was fine, but in the Far East, Russia, and South America, Prowl clearly sensed the presence of Decepticons.

However, unlike the Skytiger Legion, which had been relentlessly pursuing them, the Decepticons he had found had not shown much hostility towards him. They simply hadn't allowed him to get too close.

Upon hearing this, the faces of the Autobots all changed.

Frenzy and his group had already established their own territory on Earth, which explained how they could suddenly provide so many resources to ally with the Autobots.

Thinking about this, and then looking back at their own Autobots who had been constantly ostracized and oppressed by the United States Government for over a year, many Autobots began to have a change of heart.

Even Ironhide, who held a considerable grudge against Frenzy, couldn't help but entertain a thought in his mind.

"Perhaps we should consider finding our own territory on Earth!"
