The handover of military port management and defense authority between Forerunner and the Decepticon engineer guarding North Dovinsk went even faster than Sun Cheng had anticipated.

Almost simultaneously with Forerunner and Thunder sensing a powerful electromagnetic spectrum rapidly approaching North Dovinsk at several times the speed of sound, Forerunner proactively established communication with Sun Cheng.

"Master, the radar center has detected a suspected Decepticon object rapidly descending from high altitude towards North Dovinsk. At the current speed, it is estimated to impact the coordinates xx.xx in four minutes and twenty-seven seconds."

Through the temporary local communication network set up by Forerunner, Sun Cheng and Thunder were instantly connected, and Forerunner's voice echoed in their minds.

Sun Cheng's expression turned serious as he pressed a finger to his temple, asking, "How many targets did the radar detect?"

After the acquisition of North Dovinsk military port from the Polar Bear faction, although Moscow continued to deploy a large number of armed forces to monitor the extraterrestrial visitors, they no longer concealed their actions within the military port area. They deployed various advanced weapon systems, including special radars for detecting Decepticons and Autobots, as well as countermeasures against electromagnetic weapons.

Sun Cheng knew that even though he and Thunder might be able to detect Soundwave's arrival, his powerful electromagnetic interference made it difficult to ascertain specific details until they were in close proximity. For instance, Sun Cheng couldn't determine the number of attackers or other precise data like their speed and landing coordinates unless they were already in relatively close range.

Many cumbersome machines, even formidable ones like Megatron and Optimus Prime, were still no match for Soundwave in terms of intelligence.

"The radar only detected one target. Based on the comparison with the electromagnetic spectrum of Soundwave stored in the base's database, there is a 73% similarity rate. It is highly likely that the attacker is him! Master, should we activate the defense system to shoot him down immediately?"

Sun Cheng's brows furrowed, and he didn't answer immediately. He was considering the pros and cons of the situation.

Soundwave was one of the most dangerous enemies who wanted him dead on Earth. When he first arrived, due to his ignorance and for self-preservation, Sun Cheng had accidentally helped Starscream calculate against Soundwave, almost resulting in Soundwave's death at Starscream's hands. If he were in Soundwave's position, he wouldn't let someone who nearly killed him off the hook either.

However, Sun Cheng wasn't ready to completely confront him yet, nor did he want to do it so soon.

After digesting Frenzy's memories, he understood how formidable Soundwave was in intelligence gathering. Anyone targeted by him had a grim fate, even Autobots suffered significant losses in their encounters with Soundwave.

With so many enemies now, if Soundwave also focused his attention on him, the pressure on Sun Cheng would be immense.

After organizing his thoughts, the more experienced Sun Cheng quickly suppressed the rising urge to fight, and made a decision.

"No need, you both come with me... I want to see what he's up to in North Dovinsk!"

"Yes, Master!"

"With me here, no one can harm you, Commander!"

Forerunner and Thunder's responses made Sun Cheng smile inwardly, but he still remembered the current situation.

In less than three kilometers, which was close for four Decepticons, Sun Cheng and his companions quickly arrived at the location where Soundwave had crashed.

About a hundred meters away, the four Decepticons saw a menacing silver-gray giant standing there, similar in size to Thunder. The figure was gazing at them, or rather, at Sun Cheng.

This silver-gray giant carried a sonic cannon on its right shoulder and raised its left arm, where a mechanical bird was perched.

Upon seeing Sun Cheng and his group approaching, the bird suddenly let out a sharp cry and flew off from the giant's left arm, circling over their heads, tens of meters above.

This silver-gray giant, similar in size to Thunder, was none other than the Decepticon's intelligence expert, Soundwave.

Sun Cheng felt that Soundwave had locked onto him. He squinted his eyes and took a few steps forward, standing in front of the other three Decepticons.

As their superior officer in the Cassette Legion, Sun Cheng had to follow protocol unless he was prepared to completely betray them. He also knew that Soundwave was a formidable opponent, rumored to possess the ability to detect even the faintest electronic signals and read thoughts, making Autobots fear him as a master of "telepathy."

With a cold snort, Sun Cheng activated his anti-electromagnetic interference device in his body. His voice became icy, "We meet again, Commander. But at our first encounter, you are already trying to pry into our minds. Do you take us for Autobots or their spies?"

Having received Sun Cheng's warning through the encrypted communication network, Forerunner and Thunder also activated the anti-electromagnetic interference systems installed in their bodies. If it weren't for Sun Cheng's command earlier, Thunder might have already charged forward.

Excavator was a bit slow to react, but after a while, he noticed the tense atmosphere and also activated the anti-electromagnetic interference system that he had recently obtained from Sun Cheng.

As a result, Soundwave couldn't probe into their minds as he might have wanted.
