"It's not Frenzy's people..."

When Chen Zhongyuan heard this reply, not only himself but everyone in the command center let out a sigh of relief...

"That's good, that's good!"

He could even hear one of his subordinates gasping for breath beside him.

He knew why they were relieved.

Though P1A wasn't afraid of a fight, in recent years, as the military officers became more politically and militarily educated, those who were at the forefront of contact with extraterrestrial life knew how beneficial it would be for their country to continue cooperating with Frenzy.

"Since they are not associated with Frenzy, it makes things easier..." Chen Zhongyuan quickly ordered his subordinates to report this message to Beidou while decisively giving the command, "Notify the front line to use all necessary means to prevent those two Decepticons from advancing further!"

"Yes, sir!"

The fleet of J-10 fighters that had been flying and monitoring the area quickly received the command and responded.

The J-10 was a high-performance single-seat twin-engine fighter aircraft. China had obtained production authorization for the SU-27SK from Russia and partially purchased Russian components to domestically assemble these planes.

Due to historical disputes and conflicts over territorial waters with neighboring countries since the founding of the new China, the need for third-generation heavy fighters increased along with the changing US policy towards China after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. Events such as the Galaxy incident, the Yellow Sea standoff, and the Taiwan Strait crisis led to increasing pressure from the United States. As a result, China not only developed its domestically produced third-generation fighters but also had an increasing demand for heavy fighters.

The SU-27 was introduced from Russia in this unfavorable international environment when Russia had just become independent from the Soviet Union. From a political, economic, and military perspective, the purchase of the SU-27 was undoubtedly the most worthwhile deal for China's modern military procurement.

However, the introduction of the SU-27 was not without its problems. The fact that the purchased military aircraft were altered was common, but the SU-27 was still a high-performance heavy air superiority fighter at its core.

Initially, Russia had a strict requirement when selling these aircraft to China, forbidding them from deploying the SU-27 near the Sino-Russian border. While this was a reasonable request from Russia's perspective, it did not meet P1A's needs. Since its establishment, over sixty percent of P1A's deployments were to counter strategic bombers from the north.

Thus, the SU-27 couldn't entirely meet P1A's requirements, which led to the development of the J-10.

In order to obtain production authorization from Russia, China ordered a considerable number of J-10 components, so the initial batches of these fighters were not entirely domestically produced but rather assembled using imported parts.

However, China's military industry had already begun to rise through integration into the global trade system, and they didn't take kindly to the Russian restrictions. From the beginning of obtaining production authorization, Shen Huohui organized a large number of military personnel to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the SU-27, combined with P1A's years of experience using the SU-27, to make significant modifications.

From small screws to aircraft materials and electronic devices, except for the core engine provided by Russia, China achieved localization in almost all aspects, while also enhancing the aircraft's performance.

The J-10B was the first batch of domestically enhanced fighters. Despite a slight difference in power and radar capabilities compared to the Russian original, it was equivalent or even slightly superior to the Russian Army's version in other aspects.

"...Received, execute the final warning again!"

The military aircraft from the Xinjiang and the higher military regions, which had come to reinforce the area, had increased from a single squadron of twelve planes to a complete air regiment of forty planes.

There was no other choice. Although the tactical arrangements in Lop Nur were correct, and the ground rapid response units from Qinghu Province and Xinjiang were dispatched urgently, with even an airborne unit preparing to be sent to the front line, they still underestimated the capabilities of the invading Decepticons.

In the vast expanse of the soft sandy desert, the two Decepticon vehicles continued their swift advance at speeds over two hundred kilometers per hour.

At this rate, besides the emergency dispatched armed helicopters and air force units from the 6th Squadron that could keep up with the Decepticons, all the main battle tanks on Earth could only stare helplessly.

They had to wait for the two Decepticons to approach their designated area and be driven away by the air force and the incoming 6th Squadron armed helicopters.

The J-10B was no longer just an air superiority fighter. After Shen Huohui's modifications, this upgraded version based on the SU-27 prototype not only retained its dogfight capabilities but also possessed considerable ground attack capabilities.

"Warning, unidentified intruders, you have illegally entered Chinese territory without permission. You have thirty seconds to immediately identify yourselves and retreat from Chinese territory. Otherwise, we will have to take countermeasures!"

"Final warning, unidentified intruders, you have illegally entered Chinese territory. You have thirty seconds to immediately identify yourselves and retreat from Chinese territory. Otherwise, we will commence countermeasures!"

...

From the sky above, the stern warnings from the J-10B pilots were repeated over and over again. However, the Decepticons moving through the desert below showed no intention of turning back; instead, their speed even increased.

As they drew closer to a densely populated county within Xinjiang, the pilots finally received clearance to fire, but they adhered strictly to the relevant regulations, only keeping their hands on the controls without pressing the missile launch button while the warning time was still counting down.

However, as the thirty seconds elapsed, the pilot in the J-10B, which had always been acting as the lead aircraft, couldn't suppress his anger any longer and said, "Attention all units, prepare to force the targets away with force!"

"Roger, all systems ready!"

"Fire!"

"Swoosh, swoosh, swoosh..."

As the missiles were launched, the deafening roar of breaking the sound barrier filled the sky. The streaks of white light left behind by the missiles drew long arcs in the sky and shot towards the two cars traveling below in the desert.

"Boom!"

The fired missiles whistled as they struck the sandy desert but narrowly missed the fast-moving Decepticons.

Explosions erupted in the sand, sending waves of sand flying in all directions. The massive force caused sand weighing hundreds of pounds to be thrown everywhere, obstructing the view from above.

"...Report on the situation..."

"Confirmed no hits..."

"Targets missed..."

"...The targets are too agile; we need to restrict their movement..."

"Understood, the 6th Squadron's armed helicopters are about to arrive. I have notified the air force to send out the Qiang-5s. Make sure to guide the targets to the designated area..."

"Yes, we will complete the mission!"
