The so-called "Intermediate Special Reinforced Warrior" is the B4-grade new mechanical body that Sun Cheng originally promised to equip Forerunner with.

From the beginning, when Atlas and the others started designing Sun Cheng's new mechanical body, Sun Cheng had been considering establishing a complete "mechanical body enhancement system" to be used in the future as a reward for his growing forces.

In this enhancement system, the C-level was named "Low-level Combat Enhancements" and consisted of categories 1 to 5: Close combat type, Speed reconnaissance type, Long-range firepower type, Specialized enhancement type, and Comprehensive enhancement type.

Sun Cheng plans to use the enhanced warriors of the new generation as rewards in the future, including the four Decepticon scouts, numbered one to four, who will receive enhancements ranging from C4 to C5.

The B-level is the "Intermediate Combat Enhancement," with materials and enhancement strength surpassing those of the C-level.

For example, Forerunner's enhancement is at the B4 level, with the enhancement type being "Long-range firepower." When Atlas and the others modified their own mechanical bodies, Forerunner specifically requested an enhancement in speed.

As for the A-level, it is the "Advanced Combat Enhancement." In Sun Cheng's design, warriors of the first three types at this level should possess combat capabilities no weaker than those of regular high-level Autobots and Decepticons.

However, because each mechanical body at this level requires a large amount of expensive alloy, the cost estimates start at one billion US dollars in Earth's resources.

Therefore, until now, apart from Sun Cheng himself, no other Decepticon has received this kind of reward.

In the future, enhancements of A-level and above will likely only be used to reward those who are loyal and have made significant contributions to Sun Cheng's cause. After all, the cost is a significant factor.
