Inside the Severodvinsk shipyard, it had already been closed off and placed under martial law by multiple teams of troops.

Sun Cheng had just emerged from the Ghost and his first sight was a middle-aged Russian man accompanied by several soldiers standing on the third pier.

This middle-aged Russian man was not unfamiliar to him. He was Dmitry, the First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, whom he had met on a few occasions in Moscow.

"Vladimir didn't come? It seems the rumors are true..."

In a fleeting moment, Sun Cheng's mind flashed with some recent information he had gathered about Russian politics. As he looked at Dmitry, his eyes involuntarily revealed a deeper meaning.

Clearly, Dmitry, or rather Russia, was a very pragmatic country.

Although many onlookers on the pier had their eyes fixated on the Ghost for varying lengths of time, nobody came forward at this moment to accuse Sun Cheng.

After all, in the eyes of the Russians, the Typhoon-class submarine was nothing more than an outdated submarine waiting to be decommissioned. Even with its status as a strategic nuclear submarine, when the time came for retirement, the cost of dismantling it couldn't be avoided.

So, it was better to accept the unlucky outcome.

After all, the Ghost was already in Sun Cheng's hands and couldn't be retrieved. Moreover, it was because of the Ghost that Russia had come into contact with these mechanical life forms from beyond the sky!

With this thought, Dmitry's smile became more composed. As Sun Cheng walked onto the pier, he took the initiative to approach him. "Your Excellency Frenzy, welcome back to Russia..."

"Your Excellency, the pleasure is mine..."

The Russians extended a friendly gesture, and Sun Cheng happily showed a benevolent expression.

Unlike the Decepticons led by Starscream, he didn't dare to underestimate the human nations on Earth.

Not to mention, at least when it came to the United Nations' five major powers, they could try to avoid unnecessary conflicts.

Drawing a parallel with the Cybertronians who had reached great heights in technological advancement, the people of Earth did possess some means of resistance. At the very least, most advanced Decepticons wouldn't dare to confront them directly when it came to nuclear weapons and various missiles.

The Forerunner followed suit, and two other Decepticon engineers also emerged from the Ghost.

These two Decepticon engineers were assigned by Hephaestus to come to the Severodvinsk shipyard. They were directly responsible for the technical aspects of the [Yasen-class Attack Nuclear Submarine] project. For the most part, the construction didn't require their personal involvement. Sun Cheng had made extensive preparations with industrial robots. They would only need to be directly involved in the construction of the most critical part of the submarine.

As for the Forerunner, it accompanied Sun Cheng to Beigang to handle the security work there.

After the completion of this transaction, Sun Cheng had acquired a batch of urgently needed resources.

For the foreseeable future, Sun Cheng would remain at Base No. 2, overseeing the construction of the nuclear reactor while personally driving the development of the new mechanical body.

Due to this, he couldn't be present in Beigang, which is why he needed someone he could trust to handle the security operations there.

Although the Forerunner's combat capabilities were not on par with Dust Up, they were among the few old comrades who had been with him from the beginning. There was no need to worry too much about their loyalty. With the support of combat robots, Sun Cheng believed that Beigang would still be relatively safe with the Forerunner there.

Dmitry and the others also noticed the presence of the Forerunner and the two engineers. Their expressions revealed a hint of surprise. However, seeing that Sun Cheng didn't rush to introduce them, they assumed they were his entourage and didn't pay much attention to them.

The weather was not on their side.

During Sun Cheng's visit to Beigang, heavy snow continued to fall.

These mechanical life forms are fine; they just shouldn't be exposed to abnormally low temperatures, as they won't be easily affected.

On the other hand, the Russians like Dmitry, although born in this country of ice and snow, find it difficult to withstand prolonged exposure to temperatures below minus 20 to 30 degrees Celsius.

With the continuous coughing, Dmitry quickly extended his hand in a gesture of invitation and said, "Your Excellency Frenzy, we have everything ready. It's currently stored in the shipyard's dock. Please come with us for inspection."

Clearly, his competence and lack of procrastination during the previous trip to Moscow left a deep impression on the Russians.

This is a good thing. Sun Cheng obviously didn't want to waste any more time here and nodded with a smile.

"Please rest assured, Prime Minister. Although there are deceitful individuals among us Decepticons, there are also those who strictly abide by their commitments. I have already prepared what I promised you, and today we have brought two additional items beyond our agreement..."

"Oh, we're looking forward to it..."

The group left the dock, chatting and laughing, and headed towards the shipyard's workshop.

Along the way, countless gazes fell upon Sun Cheng and his companions, all coming from the Russian soldiers responsible for security in the shipyard.

Clearly, they may have received some hints from higher-ups, but their curiosity is evident when encountering extraterrestrial beings like mechanical life forms for the first time.

Sun Cheng didn't pay much attention to it.

On the other hand, Forerunner and the others felt somewhat uneasy.

Fortunately, Sun Cheng had previously given them instructions, so they were able to hold back their discomfort.

The Severodvinsk Shipyard is quite large, being the largest submarine manufacturing facility in Russia and even in all of Europe. It comprises three main docks and four dry docks.

Due to the special climate in Beigang, the main docks are enclosed with roofs, providing not only safety but also ample space.

In preparation for this transaction, Russia had clearly made thorough preparations.

The shipyard's workers had been cleared out in advance, either granted leave or transferred to other shipyards.

The dock designated for the transaction was a closed dock. There were no submarines or other vessels being constructed there. Without the various complex equipment and workers, the dock appeared exceptionally clean and tidy. As soon as Sun Cheng and his group entered, they immediately spotted piles of neatly stacked finished metal in one corner of the dock.

"Your Excellency Frenzy, everything is here. Do you need us to check anything?"

Dmitry had been watching Sun Cheng closely, and naturally noticed that his gaze hadn't moved from the stacks of finished metal since they entered the dock.

"...You two, go and inspect it..."

Upon receiving the orders from Hephaestus, the two Decepticon engineers, who were equally excited, couldn't help but run towards the metal.

Sensing that many eyes were now on him, Sun Cheng turned to see Dmitry and the others, immediately understanding what they meant.

He then said, "Have your people step back a bit and clear some space for me."

The group of soldiers responsible for Dmitry's security looked at each other for a moment, but eventually did not move.

Dmitry hesitated for a while before nodding slightly, signaling them to step back.

Once the nearby area was finally cleared, Sun Cheng raised his hand and gestured forward. Accompanied by a series of loud noises, several large cargo containers quickly appeared in the open space near them.
