Today I am going to teach you four blues turnarounds in the key of E. Not just any turnarounds, these aren't for the faint of heart, they have influence from Delta Blues, Piedmont Blues, Chicago and Texas blues all smashed into a super hybrid blending my favorite concepts into four amazing meaures that you can use to turn your blues around. I will also take about the techniques as well, that way you can apply them so you can use them fluidly, improvise them, modify your blues turnarounds to personalize them and on top of that you can even transpose them into other keys. We will be using sliding chords, 6, 7 and 9 chords, chromatic chord movements, ascending lines, descending lines, all thre mixolydian modes, the major scale, the minor scale, blues tones, the flat 5th, drone tones... we are breaking out all the toys for this one so come on in and learn how to level up your blues turnarounds! In the pdf file every single turnaround is broken down literally by every single bar to point out exactly what is going on. That way you can fully understand these ideas and apply them in different contexts.
