To teach you how to play these we are going to introduce a concept called phrasing, what is a phrase, where do phrases go and how to resolve the phrases with the underlying harmony. After we walk through each phrase, each note, we will put the whole thing together with a play-along and then we will play through it with an unplugged acoustic flight ukulele then after we will plug in the centurion and jam it out plugged in, too. How to participate Below is all the information on how to enter and win. I just wanted to say quickly that this is designed for anybody to participate and functions as a mast blues class in the key of D with tabs, which will be free, for everyone one. The real prize, the grand prize, is leveling up your playing to something you never knew you could possibly do. These sequential blues lessons will connect all the dots, take away the mystery, and leave playing the blues in the key of D like a professional. 1. Step one, watch the videos. 2. All the tabs associated with the blues challenge are free. 3. Record yourself playing that lesson. It doesn't matter how well it is performed, it is just an effort, all you have to do is try your hardest.
